cut a little budget from your next graphics card to buy a ps4 then u get to play this game... really dont get what the PC elites are thinking...
last of us has one of the best ending for video games, its so realistic and believable. Joel isn't a super hero and he is not set to save the world. What he did is definitely not right but its understandable why he did that, supported by his back story. The ending got me and friends having a debate, that's how powerful the story of last of us is. Just like the movie Inception.
I cant take this, seriously, this video shows phantom pain is a big bad joke wrapped in a nice packaging.
I know im gonna get a lot of disagrees, but I really miss the first MGS...
They really need to get all bluetooth earpiece to work like the ps3.

Get this adapter, then connect your DS4 to a power bank. This way atleast you are thetered to an external battery instead of to the console.
With the adapter, it also allows you to charge your DS4 with any USB port/charger, so you can charge it like other devices when you are not playing.
while this is a great product for gamers to use their preferred controllers on any consoles, they need to remove the macro programming feature on it. One button press to make a full combo in fighting games? That simply RUINS all the online versus fighters. Honestly, I don't think they should feature keyboard and mouse too, make it solely working on controllers only. Sometimes overdoing certain thing would bring more damage than good.
I still remember how i dropped my jaw when I saw Uncharted 2 on the my screen, and spent good 10 minutes walking on the snow to see the snow trail effect on Nathan's feet, then on the chapter when Nathan fighting on the moving train, I stayed on the spot and observe the moving environment trying to spot how they loop the bamboo forest and couldn't find the looping pattern!
Then when GoW3 came out... omg...
The story although cliché but is told with superb storytelling techniques. The writings, dialogues, voice acting are amazing. There are mind blowing moments that I will remember forever, one of them is the ending, which put in deep thoughts for a while. Very few games left me such impact when I finish the game. Me and my friends then discuss about Joel's decision and his reason for doing so, and debate whether he's right or wrong. Again very few games could let the players have s...
OLED looks better. The LCD looks like having hue problem, everything looks greenish/yellowish. Another thing to consider other than color accuracy is the response time, OLED is known to have faster response time and IMO is the most important aspect of screen for gaming.
stating PS3's GPU shows higher performance than the X360 yet still having inferior multiplats is plain wrong. the X360 has more capable GPU with 48 pipelines unified shaders and the eDRAM that's why multiplats are often better on the 360. If it wasn't the cell helping out the RSX in graphics department PS3 would have hard time matching X360's graphics.
concluding the article with a wrong fact put its credibility in question.
"After all, the PS3 showed higher performance numbers in the GPU but managed a worse frame rate on a number of cross-platform titles."
This alone shows how much the writer knows about facts.
CPU gone, ram lost, now they can only put the hopes on GPU? They will say XB1's secret weapon lays in the power brick and PS4 doesn't have one.
"Our peak on paper is 272gb/sec. (68gb/sec DDR3 + 204gb/sec on ESRAM)"
At first they said esram speed has 102gbps bandwidth, then they "realized" it can read and write at the same time so it's 204gbps, now they can add in the DDR ram speed and come up with 272gbps?! What the hell?!
So if I have 10 modules of DDR3 on the board means I can ten fold the speed?
it's a little unfair to compare tech demo with an actual game gfx but if Deep Down is able to pull out those quality in actual gameplay then its a no match here.
Xb one isnt a good name to start with, you dont even have to misspell it to get the "xbone" nick name. Also, I wonder whats the next xb going to call? xbox one two? xbox two? plain dumb.
I loved every single minute of TLOU, to me video games a form of entertainment combining many elements other than just game play, and story is definitely the core of it. When I control a character travelling from one point to another, I want to have a clear motive and reason of doing so. When I'm taking out a subject, I wanna do it because I have to or because I hate that character, I wanna feel those emotions, TLOU, gave me those emotions. I will never forget the first 15 minutes of TLOU...
using an i5 3570k + radeon 7950 + 16gb 1866mhz ram PC, but hey I still play TLOU MP everyday on the antique PS3.
Tried my friend's the oculus rift demo, works pretty well and it gives great experience. It would kick ass for games driven by the atmosphere like survival horror etc. The only thing is the resolution, I think even at 1080p for consumer version you will still see the pixels.
MGS is getting lamer, the characters are getting more commercialised than being cool with solid concepts. Who the hell wears panties only in war zone. They can be erotic but has to make sense. I miss those characters in MGS1.
I'd suggest Dark Chronicle and Phantasy Star IV.
dont quite like the DLC idea but i dont think the survival pack is OP at all. in fact, most of the experienced good players dont use them. the true champions of TLOU still use semi auto, burst rifle, hunting rifle, variable rifle as their main weapons. did i mentioned too many? ya i realised that too and that shows how balanced the game is.
