My guess is that the next price drop will be synchronized with the launch of Home. That would be a good two-one punch for Sony.

There's a leaked list floating around from the Japanese version, but I'll let you all find it for yourself, I haven't read the whole list of secret characters. But I will say that according to the list, everyone revealed from dojo minus Snake and Sonic make up the starting roster plus Captain Falcon.
And for some proof of said list, Pokemon Rival is supposedly a character.

There is no chance of this happening because of many reasons. MC was never on a nintendo console. Snake is much more popular in japan than MC. Kojima wanted Snake in SSB, he convinced them to put him in. and so on and so on.
Master chief wouldn't be that bad really, and this is from someone who has never finished a Halo game.

There are three main types.
Western is usually more freeform, with less focus on a written story, more about the trip rather than the destination.
Eastern is based more on story and characters. There is a goal and you are trying to get to it. Tends to be more linear

It's not surprising, development costs are higher than ever, one bomb can wreck a company. Games need all the publicity they can get. Video games are not movie stars, there IS such a thing as bad publicity. Everyone has a price.
No don't get me wrong, ZOE was a great game, but not many MGS fans would have bought that game if not for the demo.
The only way 360 can come back is if some juggernaut title gets released on it. Juggernaut to Japan, not the US. Only two of them in my opinion could do it. Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy

Halo 2 got a 10/10 and they praised it's story. Even Halo fanatics I know thought the story was pretty average.

All sarcasm aside, even though they messed up and put Sheik with Link (which is a ridiculous mistake, hopefully a typo). Why do people keep saying that like it's new? I mean Zelda changed to Sheik in Melee.
