The game was great so long as you skipped the dialogue and story. The open world and combat was awesome. Some of the environments and towns were great. It was the characters, the writing and story that ruined it.
tbh the suicide run is overrated. The attack on Virmire and meeting Vigil was a much higher point for Mass Effect.
Sonic and Knuckles…. first game I saw priced at $240NZD. More than double the price of games now.
Enjoy retirement king
Likewise in that I want Ubisoft to fail but not go out of business. Would be much better if they can turn it around and go back to making really good games.
No one has amnesia. You’re being down voted because the devs have made changes that make the game fun again and you’re like nah Im not playing. Kinda childish my dude.
Never made a mistake in real life huh?
yeah thats cool, now when is it coming to PS5?
If you read the actual post he’s got a valid point if he’s referring to the pieces of shit that want Ubisoft and the whole AAA industry to collapse.
Yeah wont it be great when all those people lose their jobs.
Deal of the week and the game is still over 100 AUD… hardly a deal.
Its not uncommon in development for performance to be handled as an afterthought. Having a stable build that is less buggy comes before that.
Chasing the foxes to a shrine got old real quick… can’t seem to remember the other boring repetitive tasks but GoT was quite repetitive in that open world filler.
Nah that wouldn’t really work. The main problems with this game came from pre-production work.
Would cause all sorts of headaches to change the architecture and engine.
That process would lend itself better to a game that has good design but just needs that extra bit of work to make it fun.
Often devs will do tasks and sometimes they dont pass testing so have to revisit old tasks they’ve worked on when they’re already in the middle of something else.
If it ain’t critical it gets left behind for more critical fixes or maybe what they’re working on currently is more important.
Now you know…
Hmmm, bit of a crooked assumption there on the weird ass white people. Unless you know the background of everybody on the internet with the dei hang up.
The article is talking about a developers opinion. As a dev I can relate. I’m not making any comment relating to people who play video games.
lol a developer is always going to welcome more power.
Feels like the move Resident Evil should’ve done for RE2. Different situation and different monsters. Create a new mystery/narrative rather than do more of the same.
Yeah ok that sounds good but they need to really give this investigation to someone who can really be critical of all operations and processes without receiving any influence or pressure from the top.
Include investigating the board, committee, heck even the shareholder influence.
Yeah no thanks. Not a fan at all of playing as other characters like Nightwing, Robin, Harley etc. Don't even like their detective mechanics much so Gordon is out too.
