Truth is Stadia had to be done by someone at some point. For a variety of reasons such as developing the tech, getting real world data on how its working out and how its accepted into the market.
Its going to be a flop now and probably streaming is not going to work for a long time too. Much like VR in the 90’s. Its not for me and with this business model its never going to be.
But its failure is not really that bad. If it killed the company and all thos...
Anthem: The gaming platform a.k.a Dead on arrival
Nah man, you can’t until you’ve finished the backlog of shame.
I think she means its frustrating and gruelling because of the traversal and metroidvania aspects. Not because of difficulty.
Your preaching to the choir here mate. I don't know if what you're saying is true but most of the half wits here never listen to reason. They all run like sheep with the outrage without thinking.
If they said they weren't doing that and they did, that sucks. Idk about this translation bizzo.
But, in software development you try to reuse as much as is possible so not to do the same thing twice. Code especially is reused all the time.
I can see how art assets, models, animations for a pokemon game can be re-used. Makes sense. I mean even the whole premise/story is reused as is probably the combat logic.
Nope lol
A game in development is already a mess....no shit.
What a waste of money tbh
Eurogamers non numeric system is pretty good. Any system with a score out of 10 or more is stupid since the scores below 50% are hardly ever used which makes them redundant.
I had to click on it to see this monstrosity because that pisses me off too and your comment is quite descriptive. Just the page clicking was annoying but it's a pretty clean site with adblock.
Castlevania Sotn doesn't need a remake. The amount of times it's been ported it's overkill to have it again. Besides it still looks and plays fantastic.
Twisted Metal 2 could do with at least a port, if not a remake.
Pedigree doesn't matter. A lot of successful dev's have had flops. Truth is you're only as good as your last game. Remember when Bioware had pedigree? Bethesda?
The giantbomb review scale doesn't work like that. The game you describe would be a 1 or 2 out of 10. Or just a 1/5 at GB.
Different reviewer dude. And those unskippable horse rides filled with conversations added more to the narrative which also fits the setting and type of game which was also to that reviewers taste.
This game appears to be very divisive according to people who have played/reviewed it and discussed with other reviewers, deal with it.
None of those summons were in the original game.
lol, ok Square Enix, remake 5 long ass games before 2020. Nevermind the fact it takes you more than three years for you to finish 1 game let alone 5. Just get it done.
Good post.
Yeah its a bit babyish. As long as the gameplay holds up though, I can deal with it.
In some cases it's either release the game or don't and shut down the company. What would you prefer?
