Every piece of software has bugs in it. Doesn’t necessarily mean it is poorly coded.
What was bad was how they tried patching the ending with the extended cut. Shouldve left it as it was.
I think its buying market share more than goodwill.
Understandable given Steams monopoly.
Poorly coded? In what way? Have you read the some of the source code?
I can dig it. Sometimes I skip a games cutscenes because the story is lousy, badly implemented or the NPC character is not interesting.
Mass effect andromeda I skipped cutscenes after about 15 hours and the game was way better for it for me.
Horizon Zero Dawn I skipped them for some sub mission characters because the quest was boring or the character and their back story was boring.
I reckon they probably have a very small team which is why they haven’t rolled out as many features as what competitors have. Stability first.
Makes sense since they need to acquire a decent amount of market share first if they’re gonna pour more resources into their app in an already heavily monopolized market.

The arm chair developers on this site are not worth your time brah.
I’ll stick with my tissue boxes thanks. Now if you excuse me I’ll just hop in the Spruce Moose.
Agreed. COD3 had such great maps too.
I know there's no set release date yet but The Last Night is what I'm waiting for.
I've done the same and haven't even played any of them. I'm sure if they check the metrics on it they'll find a huge amount of people don't even play all these free games.
I want to see The Last Night and get a release date announced. Its been too long. :(
Lol no one is saying their opinions carry more weight. It is the IGN staff defining their own list as a site. Its nothing to do with their user base or other outlets or arbitrary meta score sites. As gorillatactics said... are you all stupid as hell?
I mean, wasn't that obvious?
Harden up wuss.
Wonder if there's any guitar tabs out there for it lol.
Lol at the comments here getting defensive on an article that just contains information about the environmental impact and where the materials are sourced from.
It's not like it's saying that you shouldn't be buying the damn thing or feel guilty about it. Pretty interesting and informative article imo.
Sleeping Dogs is the epitome of a game where if you haven’t played it, you should.
Yeah I don't think games they sell for $20 on sale make great ps plus games.
