LOL. Right MS wants cross play for the betterment of gamers across the world. Oh wait that's why they said NO last gen. We all know that if MS was the one leading in sales what the answer would be because they said NO before so stop pretending they want cross play for the gamers they don't they want it because it helps them plain and simple.
Again why would Sony allow this and how does it help them? Specially if their user base isn't even the ones asking for this feature. Sony isn't stupid and have allowed cross play with PC long before so why all of a sudden has it become a hot topic let me guess because fanboys are using this as an excuse to say see we told you Sony is anti gamer. Wrong Sony isn't stupid that's why they aren't doing it because it's bad business.

Right that's why MS allowed cross play with the 360 oh wait they didn't MS and Nintendo have less people playing it's obvious why they want cross play. I for one don't care either way but let's stop pretending that MS wants this feature because they love gamers. It's plain and simple both MS and Nintendo would love to have access to the huge PS install base that's what this is about.

You just can't help yourself can't you? Why would Sony ever want to give their competitors MS and Nintendo any kind of advantage. Cross play helps Sony how? I don't see many PS gamers clamoring for this feature either. Cross play helps both Nintendo and MS because they have smaller install bases you can cry and whine all you want but like I said before not many PS gamers care about cross play because if they did they would already have let Sony know that...
Yeah ok so what's MS excuse for lack of first party AAA games because they have less of them than Sony. Talk about stating the obvious they are both working on developing new hardware that is what usually happens after the launch of any product.

Answer this question why didn't MS want cross play last gen? The same reason why Sony doesn't want cross play with MS this gen because they don't want MS to get access to their player base get over it PS fans aren't the one's asking for this feature. No matter how anti gamer you want to make it seem most PS gamers just don't care is that so hard to believe.

The truth is that if the xbox x doesn't sell well enough third party devs won't waste resources for a small user base. Time will tell but if Destiny 2 is any indication of how this will play out I don't think third party devs are going to go out of their way to make xbox x games that much better than the Pro versions.
So true it's not like Sony is forcing gamers to buy these remasters the only remaster I have bought is the last of us. IMO new interesting Ip's trump these so call must have features that MS is offering BC is awesome, cross play is whatever but as long as Sony keeps pumping out new games I'm good. WOW you xbox fanboys have short term memories Sony has beaten MS every single generation yes even the 360. MS is clueless as to why they can't get into some markets that Sony has dominated and continues to dominate and as long as that is the case MS will always be second.
Phil always put's his foot in his mouth he should just stop talking and just deliver games that is the main reason I haven't bought a xbox and likely won't they have zero interesting new Ip's coming and in my book that is the most important thing as a gamer. If what I wanted was true raw power regardless of the extra hassle I would just build a top of the line PC.

Right because MS doesn't always have an angle that it wouldn't benefit from we don't know all the details of why Sony choose not to allow cross play but I know MS history and IMO it was wise of Sony to just say no and just keep their player base separate it's not like PS fans are the ones pushing for this feature.
