It may have been an "old build" once complaints rolled in, but why not put out a "new" build that's less buggy for players to test out? The amount of bugs, running through objects / teleporting around, frame rate problems, crappy graphics, enemies spawning right in your fov, and horrible AI... You really want your game (that's already had a long road) get bashed to hell and back because you were too lazy to put out the newer build?

That's because you're holding down L2... Also, the user should probably notice the red 0 on his screen, it's not hard to notice. As for the quad outside of the DZ, you can fast travel any where (to missions, safe houses, other players, DZ checkpoints)...
As for how far from recovery when you're down, if you look at who's reviving you, it shows a small green bar...
I reload from behind cover all the time, what are you doing? In free roam you can fast travel anywhere, in the DZ a quad would make things too easy. You do have a visual and audio countdown / notice for when someone is down ("a team member has been..." / a big red circle going counter clockwise on your screen - might want to revive them before it hits 12 o'clock).

April is a raid, May is a DZ update (the way it sounds is like a battle royal for a chest that spawns that will have good loot), June for xbox / July for PS4 (1 month exclusivity can bite my shiny metal...) will be story / underground DLC, the 2nd paid DLC looks like a DZ type thing, and the 3rd looks like a horde mode with building defenses between waves (from the looks of the trailer).
