Sony isn't keeping the taxes to use to fund games, the state/government will be.
Or the easy way is New Hampshire. No sales tax there for physical goods, so digital should be fine as well.
Except the ps4/xbone could move saves to a sub drive at launch, had Netflix, internet browser, could take videos (took a bit for youtube uploading and such) didn't need a phone for party chat, ...
Wonder which states, as I preordered Horizon and Ghost Recon last week with the $15 back after spending $100 deal and I live in MA. Though close enough to the NH border that I can easily get my games tax free in the future.
"They buy Nintendo for the exclusives."
And look at how well the WiiU sold...
From closed beta, to open beta, they fixed several things. Most likely they'll fix a few more by the time the game comes out. All of the bugs? No, but The Division did pretty well on fixing bugs/glitches as they popped up, though they spent a ton of the time trying to adjust stuff for PvP (which would piss people off for PvE, because they wouldn't have abilities do certain things or last so long in PvP vs PvE) which Wildlands won't really have to deal with till later on.
We're getting a child soldier?
@Dash. The shooter doesn't need gps like Go does...
There will be 100 missions (plus 1 preorder and 3 beta reward missions - 3 missions for having played in the closed or open beta [which anyone could have tried out]) at launch for the game (not including side missions like defend the beacon, breach a base and hack a comp, capture supplies, and such which are repeatable as well if you get more intel), each replayable in solo (with 3 AI) or with up to 3 players. Each person can choose a different difficulty setting if they wish, so your new fr...
Flight isn't bad at all once you figure it out. Beta did a bad job of explaining, but it's simple. Think of lift off / landing and going forward as 2 separate things. For the PS4, hold R2 till you're high enough, then tilt forward. Once you get enough forward momentum, then all you have to do hold R2 and you'll fly forever in a straight line. Just tilt back to pull up and tilt forward to pitch down, but R2 will keep you going in a straight line.
As fo...
Deluxe edition has a dynamic theme. Very few AAA games give away free dynamic themes. Some include them with preorders/dlc/special editions or make you buy them outright, while many giving away static themes for free (FO4, Witcher 3, P5, Nioh [free PS+ static theme, had a preorder dynamic], RE7, COD, etc).
Depending on what the deluxe looks like, I'll probably stick to my Nioh preorder with the beautiful music, nice effects, and it not having giant text telling you wh...
"They want to keep pushing social agendas in games?"
The game has been out how long it what they're concluding this from is a stretch at best. Either way, the only ones crying about it are those that are not secure with their own sexuality. Who cares? If he was, the devs would have said something a while ago like Blizz did with Tracer in Overwatch.
The Nemesis system wasn't included on the PS360, only on the PS4 and xbone. Not likely it'll work on the Switch with the resources it has (Switch has been compared to a step up from PS360, but not on par with the PS4 / xbone). Most big name multiplats aren't even dropping on the Switch this year (no ME, For Honor (many claimed it was, but nope), RDR2, GR:W, Injustice2, etc), so not likely this one would on such short notice.
As for the game, can't wait to ...
Pretty no beta ever has allowed you to using your beta character in retail.
Agreed except FO3. It's more of a FPS Action RPG (with a huge open world) than a Sandbox survival game, as you're not really needing food or water or shelter to survive in the game at all... You're exploring, killing stuff, completing quests, and leveling up.
"3d intensive game"
720p and 30 fps is a 3d intensive game? Most gaming laptops will be doing 60 fps at 1080p/1440p.
@bouzebbal. A chance for Nintendo to turn things around after the WiiU?
The gameplay was fun from what I've seen and tried, it was more of the story / hipster crap that killed it for me. Leveling up with Twitter followers...
I'd hold off on that comment (closet competitive console being the Switch) for now, as it has only a few big name exclusives this year (Zelda, Splatoon, and Mario) that are not ports of old games. It doesn't even have some of the big name 3rd party games coming out (ME, GR, RDR2, etc) this year. MS and Nintendo are about neck and neck right now. As for the PS4, it's miles away from it's competition laughing all the way to the bank. They're popping out tons of exclusive...
No email for MA so far, and NH is a quick hop over the border for tax free shipping (or a future PSN home address...).
