Also, they haven't screwed anyone over yet. Seeing as they said "by November 30, 2010" if you submit the stuff, people have a little over a week to go before they can start complaining about not getting invites. If you don't get in after that date and did everything on time, then vent about it.
If they added constant content for the monthly fees, then its not a scam. Also, how many millions of people play WoW and its $15 a month as well? Lastly, $15 a month is 1 $60 game every 4 months. The only reason to complain about the fee is that you're broke / tight budget (in which case you should be spending your money elsewhere / saving it up, instead of spending it on games), or cheap. Hell, if the game is any good and you spend your time on that instead of buying other games cons...
If you look at the website, it says pre-order and send them a pic of the receipt before the 15th, and you'll get a invite by the 30th.

They would have to do it for over 800 cars, so not likely. On the bright side, you have 200 or more cars that have it.

If you mean reusing as in direct ports, you're wrong. They've been updated by a lot (higher polygon count) from GT4.

Rims is a minor thing. Its not like it'll matter much when you're racing around a track going like 150+.
The ones that did Kingdom Hearts 1&2 are doing Versus, so you'll have to wait for them to finish that before they do the 3rd one.

Yep, it seems not many realized you actually had to level / train your character in order to kick serious a$$. You could tell some reviews didn't when they would mention no power behind punches or like a love tap, or mention not accurate at all, when you actually can hit pretty hard and are very accurate if you spend time training your character in those attributes.
