I'm in the UK and it only came out today. I went to asda late last night to do my shopping (yes... I am a lazy studnt lol) and there was a small queue of people standing ...
I managed to trick a Sainsburys employee (it was a little old lady lol) that Halo:ODST was released on a Saturday so got that early... But that release was a little more mute than this! Obviously, a similar attempt didn't work with Reach... Or MW2 for that matter.
I would've thought the main sale violations would've been the early postage ones on a title this big!

I am so disappointed with this game. I thought the idea was good but it seems to be INSANELY poorly executed!
Why on earth they didn't just map the actions you make to the fighter I do not know!
The game clearly requires you to finish one move before the next can be started which is not how a human moves! In real life you throw one punch, then immediately begin preparing for you...
Hmm... In all honesty I haven't used my PC for FPS games since the first Op Flashpoint! But yeah you are right, mods add a chunk to the game... I don't have the knowledge on how much mods can actually do so I wasn't really in the position to mention it!

The quality of COD games has been near indistinguishable over recent years. This means that the 'best' game is the one you feel most comfortable playing... And ofc, if you have more mates playing on a certain format then that has weight too
Remember that bit in MW2 where you were watching the guys from your car andone open fired so you had to press a button to duck. I bet they implement that with Kinect, you'll actually need to shift a little on your sofa and 'duck' yourself. Or move out of cover like in Timesplitters in the arcade, but actually do it mid shooter to peak round walls or over cover.

All they needed to do was get rid of one hit kill Sniper rifles or force only chest/neck/headshots for one hit kills and it could've been great.
Instead... It is broken.
I think BF:BC2 still holds the multiplayer crown tbh

It does seem quite good for people who don't like going to the gym though... I prefer to run and go to the gym, so I wouldn't use that... But I think those fitness games will actually catch on

So many people on here (well, only the fanboys) chuck about nonsense claiming to know which console is better, exact sale stats, which games are better!! Fact is that all those fanboys just have LOUD opinions... But they seem to feel that their opinions are fact.
It has been proven time and time AND TIME again that the 360 and PS3 both carry different advantages under the hood... S...
... I mean 'we' as in people who aren't involved in the fighting (so no disrespect to anyone who has commented/ has opinions who is involved in any way atall)...
I could sit and make reasons for both sides, but the fact is, I don't know how the people (soldiers, relatives and friends) feel. It doesn't matter if I read what some say, it wont make me experience how it feels to have them portrayed killing co forces...
... That's the way everyone should look at it! It's good that all the consoles are doing well enough to keep support from devs high! But which sells the most doesn't really matter... The only thing we, as gamers, should be worried about it a console doing a Sega Saturn...
Redlogic... I imagine the Xbox would probably have done worse this month if the original Xbox's failure rate was much less... BUT the console would've sold way more units overall becaus...
I always found the ol' point and click less immersive and I think that is his best point. It is v.difficult (for me) to get into a game when I am pointing and clicking to shoot... But maybe that's just personal opinion... I am sure others (including yourself) feel different...
Not to mention with an Xbox/PS3 you have all you need! You buy your console and your set for however long the lifecycle is... Odds are if you bought your PC back in 2005/2006 it would be incap...

Dice created a magnificient multiplayer game with BF:BC2... Probably my fave multiplayer shooter in a long time. However, BC's control system was clearly NOT built for close quarter. It was slow and clunky which was tough to notice in the huge maps, but in the smaller maps of MoH, the control scheme and engine setup just don't seem to cope.
I think that handing it to Dice was a gre...
An author who is probably paid to write something (cash or free stuff) doesn't know the rules on when you should use 'than'?!
PS3 seems to have a lot of nice exclusives! I am an Xboxer (no doubt my 'disagrees' are gonna fly by admitting that!) and I am a little worried about the lack of exclusive for the Xbox... MS is putting an awful lot of eggs in this Kinect basket... And I am worried that they are forgetting about the audience they have that aren'...
