I have heard quite a lot about this game and I admire the developer's decision to keep the content raw and straightforward. Unfortunately, this is a PC only game for now and that alone guarantees I will never play it lol
This game is no doubt a system seller and a guaranteed buy for any and every Wii U owner. Unfortunately, the Wii U is no longer of interest to me so I'll have to pass on this.
2014 was an up and down year for video games overall. Definitely looking forward to 2015 blowing everything out the water and proving to be a landmark year for gaming.
i played the first game and this series and enjoyed it. Definitely will give this game a try as soon as I have time to play it.
I think overall Divinity: Original Sin probably deserved more love as an RPG title. However, everyone seems to be high off of Dragon Age: Inquisition right now and when you look at how improved this game is over Dragon Age 2 it seems like a given that this would be hard to beat.
Nintendo had a ton of exclusives out this year and by that count def more than the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Still, I have no interest in buying a Wii U and I predict the the same will be said a year from now.
Another great show. I personally am fine with Troy Baker getting alot of roles just so long as he doesn't get every single role that's in existence lol We need to hear from more diverse talents too lol
This game is currently 35 bucks on Amazon.com and can be price matched at select retailers. Definitely tempted to try it out but we will see if I have time to play it.
Microsoft picking up the publishing rights to Rise of the Tomb Raider was crazy overall, but I hope neither side has to resort to this in the long run. Sony of course has a ton of IPs to pull from so they shouldn't be worried about third-parties quite as much. The same goes for Microsoft too if they actually look deeper into what they have and start making new IPs altogether. Either way it def will be interesting to see how this all turns out as the years go by.
Very glad to see someone keep it real about whats really going on in this industry. Love these and definitely looking forward to more in the future lol
Great to see them make a remastered collection of this series. Now it's time for some new games for fans to sink their teeth into.
It can't be denied that this is a big deal but lets not pretend like it's over for Microsoft and the Xbox One. We are only one year into the life cycle of both consoles and if anything this move will make both sides even more competitive in the long run. People should also be mindful that Spencer is a gamer as well and has a good idea of what the console and the owners actually want. It would be foolish to count him or Microsoft out right now based on this one title.
The show was alright but way too long for my liking. A 90 minute show tops should be the format they roll with next year.
Here is a simple question. Would you rather they make a remastered version of Final Fantasy 7 or instead put all their time and resources into actually finishing Final Fantasy XV? I say this decision was made solely to hold fans over until XV comes out and nothing more.
Sounds like this game should be titled Fantasy Hero: An Unfulfilling Legacy.
Killer instinct is definitely not enough but lets also not ignore that Mortal Kombat is also coming out on both platforms next year. Even if Street Fighter 5 sells well on PS4 and PC, I guarantee that Mortal Kombat will sell even better across all platforms. I'm honestly looking forward to Mortal Kombat more than this but indeed its a MEGA announcement for all those who care about Street Fighter lol
I think it's an absolute given that this game will eventually come to Xbox One in some form or faction. People shouldn't be angry either because this is on the exact same playing field as the Tomb Raider announcement from earlier this year. I expect many more announcements in the future regarding other games becoming exclusives so stay tuned.
Prior to E3 2014, I was very curious to see what Nintendo would be releasing on the Wii U. After having a look at Captain Toad, Zelda 2015, and Splatoon I definitely have to give them props on putting together a great lineup of games.
A very interesting read and I feel like alot of these should have already entered the development phase. With the Captain Toad game out now, I'm especially curious why this amiibo doesn't already exist. Perhaps Nintendo will release that later but def wouldn't have hurt them to drop it now.
January is normally known as a light month for releases every year. Still, Saints Row Gat out of Hell, Dying Light, and GTA Online Heists (if released)should all be plenty of fun.
