I agree with what you said about your assessment of The Order so far. The game looks great but the gameplay is a huge question mark at this point. Sony has spared no expense on getting behind this game which is exactly why it will be interesting to see how the final product is received by everyone.
I think it's a little too premature to say Microsoft will win in 2015. Nintendo and Sony could easily make moves to position themselves higher than Microsoft. Sony finally has games coming out on PS4 to start the year off whereas Microsoft has a holiday lineup already roughly worked out. Beyond that we don't know what either company has planned, but i will say this... Gamers on every console will win in 2015 because now we all will get the best each company has to offer.
Very glad to hear Manny go in on E3 as an event. It's pretty funny how you can have a vision of how something can be and immediately be brought to reality once you actually attend. They need to fix alot with the show itself and go back to how the formula used to be. Unfortunately, this is something that will never happen though.
There are some really great picks on this list. My personal favorite is and will always be Clementine because Telltale did a great job of developing the character and making us all care about her.
Plenty of great games coming out this month, but the most important one is definitely The Order: 1886. Sony has put a lot behind this type so it has to deliver as it would be disappointing if it doesn't.
Not the least bit surprised by this move by Nintendo. Out of touch and out of mind.
Having played both, I would definitely say Dying Light is the better game. The parkour gameplay alone far exceeded any and all expectations I had for how the character moves through the environment. The story has it's fair share of twists and turns too.
Very glad to see you went with the Sony Offline Entertainment title lol Sony and Microsoft need to get their online issues resolved as I'm paying too much a year to put up with this nonsense.
I too am behind on this game and will surely have to catch up soon. I have heard the game is promising but choices don't seem to matter much yet. Is that true?
When Telltale first dropped their Back To The Future Game awhile back, I enjoyed it and found myself thinking about what they could do next. Low and behold, the wowed everyone with the first season of The Walking Dead and the game rightfully deserved all the game of the year awards it got that year.
I definitely think Telltale is a company that is worthy of praise because they are doing so much more with storytelling in the adventure point and click format. I'm very excit...
I definitely agree with where Garrus is placed on this list. For my own personal reasons though, I'm rather surprised that both Ashley Williams and Jacob Taylor aka Kanye West aren't higher lol
I said it on the podcast and I'll say it again, 343 better make certain that Halo 5 multiplayer works at launch. One can't assume all will go well because Master Chief collection has proven otherwise.
As for the games themselves, both Halo 5 and Uncharted 4 will most likely be great sequels but nothing more. They definitely won't change the landscape and define this generation as far as being new and innovative. The game that does that is still yet to be determin...
Simply an awesome article with a profound message that we all can relate to. I'll always be a gamer and nothing or no one will change that.
As an Xbox One owner, I surely won't complain if PlanetSide 2, H1Z1, and EverQuest Next all come over to the system lol The move itself though definitely makes you wonder what exactly is going on over at Sony these days.
Glad to see Gamers with Gains make a return. This is a great concept and you taught me alot of things about health that I wasn't aware of. Definitely keep this up and I promise good things will come.
I had a great deal of fun with this game and I definitely it's something WWE fans should try out. No real storyline and a limited roster, but still a great time and could be something special if they update it regularly.
i'm intrigued by this title and will definitely check it out at some point.
This turned out to be a decent standalone expansion and hopefully Volition can use this experience to create and even better game down the road.
Nosgoth was the one game Square Enix begged people to see at E3. For that reason and that reason alone that game genuinely seems like a disappointment lol
i'm always a fan of these episodes and I especially like that Dragon Ball Z was mentioned this time around. I'm not a huge fan of the series but the latest upcoming game has definitely caught my eye. I'll give it a try as well as try out these tips and see how things go.
