"Peace out" ?
Ironic, lol
Why is this story still standing? Aren't there any mods that actually do their job on this site?
The site with this article has provided NO news, it is just fishing for hits.
We have known for almost a year that the game is in full production, R* told us.
And when you write 'GTA5 Release date' as your title, then the first line in the article is 'release date remains unknown', your aren't even trying to hide your bullshit.
After this generation's bad start, I wouldn't be surprised if Sony already has the PS4 in working order and are using this time to design it to be as cost effective as possible to manufacture.
They will likely stay in the cost cutting phase until they catch wind of any substantial Xbox 720 related whispers. Cold War style waiting game.
Atmosphere > graphics
Batman and Bioshock did atmosphere perfectly, and happened to have the best single player gameplay this generation imo
All joking about Red Bull aside; I think that that was a great article to read, quite enjoyable. Well above the quality I have come to expect on N4G.
I, for one hope to see more articles from the Red Bull site like this in the future.
Definitey beats the "10 reasons why" articles that clog this site.

'Same Game Different Name Joke Is Old & Played Out'
It won't be old until it stops being true.
It must have been off my radar completely then, 'cause I was totally unaware of any of those games coming to Wii U lol
Guess this is what happens when you post on an article and then realise you actually don't even care :P
Hmm... was it something I said?
GTA effect = system seller
Nintendo = child/family friendly console... GTA could detract from that notion?
Someone please explain how you disagree with this.
If it launches the console I could see Nintendo enjoying the GTA effect. But if the Wii U already establishes itself, we might see more resistance due to the whole "wholesome family/safe for kids" orientated vibe they went for the Wii.
These specs only make me excited to see what Sony and MS are going to have to feature in the PS4 and Xbox 720. I doubt they would allow themselves to be bested by Nintendo hardware, for ego's sake!
Unfortunately, I think that the depth of gameplay and steep learning curve that comes with a game like MGO will be too much to cope with for the masses that have absorbed dumbed down games like COD and BF for so long.
If it's not as simple as point and shoot, people will be turned off by it, I remember a lot of players 'punching the air' instead of shooting when MGO2 started lol.
I also suspect that younger players won't be as capivated by the game if ...
It's simple to fix these problems. I replaced my mates PS3 laser last week. The laser was like 12 pound on ebay. Sony were charging 145 pounds to do this last time I checked.
If your PS3 is overheating it will eventually get the YLOD, it's easy to prevent, but not easy to fix once it hss happened.
If your PS3 is overheating you need to reapply thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. Go to ebay and buy a tube of 'Arctic Silver'.
It's real...
I still laugh at people thinking next gen is coming so soon.
I could almost guarantee both Sony & MS will wait until the WiiU buzz has died out before releasing new consoles
Skyrim broke my hard drive. It froze while auto saving, I had to do a hard reset because the console wouldn't turn off.
When I turned it back on I heard a couple of strange 'clicks', then the PS3 opening screen went into slow-mo and couldn't fully load up.
Had to get a new hard drive, lost everything.
It's that before Skyrim, the most broken game I'd ever played was Fallout 3
One of the first lines of dialogue confused me, 'Excellent Snake, age hasn't slowed you down one bit'.. straight out of MGS1!
So this is Big Boss? Not Solid Snake?
NO. Keep him far, far away. He was good once, but hasn't been in a long time. If he's Snake, he will try to do the same gruff voice he used in Batman and ruin any seriousness to the movie.
Get David Hayter on a diet, get some muscles on him, and he'll fill the role like NOBODY ever will!
As a die hard fan of Metal Gear, I find myself agreeing with the author.
Metal Gear gameplay, to me, has always been the watching and waiting, the planning and timing, how to sneak around narrow corridors in each individually constructed/composed room without being spotted or even having to use your weapon.
The tension created in a room like the warehouse/weapons storage room in MGS2 is immense, simply because you are almost shoulder to shoulder with the guards, if th...
@ dirthurts
Actually, Metal Gear was a series first created for the MSX2 platform, a lot of different companies could manufacture consoles for it, one of which was Sony. Kind of like Windows today, with different branded PCs.
It was then ported to Nintendo in the U.S because the MSX platform wasn't so hot over there. I'm not even sure if MG1 made it to Nintendo, or even out of Japan back then
MGO3 !
I'm sorry, what was wrong with the store? And when were people complaining about it?
I understand the point about icons loading slowly but surely that's a network issue, not a design issue. I for one have never had trouble finding something on the store, there's a search tool! I'm also not against the redesign, I just don't like people putting words in our collective mouths.
