everyone is getting so mad, but since I'm a 360 owner I'd sure like to have a few PS3 exclusives on my system. Uncharter, God of War and Killzone are interesting, so I jump at the chance to have those games on the system I already own.
good jorb, I dig. Also, this game actually looks fun and it got a more than decent rating.
Fine holiday fun haha I totally agree with your article. They have taken a ton of things from the Alien franchise, and they've made games better. Hell, I still get goosebumps when I notice enemies on my radar since it always reminds me of the aliens closing in on the marines.
Also, both sergents are total bada**es
Hmmmm im disappointed in the wii weekly stuff this time around. Nothing seems to interesting to be honest. and all so mediocre with scores...not a good thing.
same here man. I've seen some of the sickest players around, or at least in my area haha. They know how to do infinite combos in Marvel vs Capcom 2 and its insane. I dont know how long they practice, but it must have taken them years to get that good.
I'll have to call shenanigans on the Halo and Silent Hill comic. Halo was interesting, albeit it was delayed SO FRAKKING MUCH. but it was still decent.
Silent hill has a tougher track record IMO. The first comic volume "dead/alive" was good up until the last issue and the newest one wasn't very good.
I guess what i'm trying to say is that those comics were decent, but they sure didn't suck.
Good article btw, you seem to know your stuf...
oh for the love of god I hope its not as addicting as peggle.
On the other hand it does look pretty fun. it'll have to go in my file of 'games that I'll play when I have time'. It'll go in right after Alone in the Dark
awesome, I've been dying to play a Zelda game that was tougher than normal. I think Twilight Princess, Windwaker, and Ocarina of Time were too easy. I much more enjoyed the difficulty of Link's awakening since the puzzles were frakking insane at some parts.
Still, Skyward sword looks amazing and I'll be there for a midnight release for sure.
Same here. Remaking this game is a big risk since purists might not jump on board. Not only that but making this game 3D too? The whole 3D thing really teeters on the possibility of it being amazing (like the way Avatar used the technology) or using it like its the new fad (like that step it up movie)
I am confident that Legend of Zelda is going to be the game that really makes 3D games the median for new technology.
good article man, well written. Glad to see some one so interested in Oot like myself.
I'd go for a midnight launch again too! I played the hell out of that game and I'm still going crazy for the DL content soon. A sequel would be great mostly since it took like five years for the first game to come out.
same here man. the name is annoying. Although I cannot deny how addicting that game is. I play it on my lunch breaks at work too. Glad to see i'll be able to play it on my nintendo. Although im certain I dont need to play it anywhere else cause it takes up more of my time than tetris used to haha
good stuff man. I've always liked played beta versions too. the public's input on a game and the bugs it has is great for the finished product.
On topic of the games tho, LoTR sounds cool, although I'm not so big with many of their games. Perpetuum looks pretty cool and its been ages since I've played a game with mechs in it.
good stuff and thanks for the heads up
JAAAAAAAAAAAACKPOT. Im so getting this on my DS. And I haven't had a decent game to check out in a couple of months. And a megaman game? Its over, I'll no longer have to be annoyed with long lines at the post office or DMV.
Damn it, Earthworm Jim has fallen from greatness. Too bad. Looks nice tho
same here, it looks interesting but I'm not sold on it. With a barrage of great games coming out and great peripherals on the way, this game might go under my radar.
I'm going to let my nerdiest enjoyment come out right now and say "Battlestar Galactica is going to be so freaking awesome, I might die when it gets released"
and although that last sentence really doesn't make much sense, I'm still eager to see the game and play with my brother, whom also loves Battlestar. I think we both have an understanding that I'll be humans since I do a pretty good Admiral Adama impression. Also, I like calling him a toaster.
...
Hahaha, one of the funniest articles I've read in a long while. hats off bub.
But it does point out that game journalists have it very easy. I mean my articles are done in a stress free environment and its fun. Also, video games bring down my stress levels.
However, I do hate lines for playing video games.
Ouch, this was not a good week for nintendo. Well, maybe they'll pick up the slack next week. Hopefully anyways. Also, I think we'll see some good stuff from them at E3.
I could kill for some Metroid right about now
haha funny stuff. That looks like what Halo would have been like on my NES or primitive computer in the early 90s.
