This is honestly great news. If Windows goes this way and locks future versions of DX to w8, and with developpers hating windows 8, this can mean a lot of them switching to openGL, which drives down developpment costs and allows for easier ports to other platforms/OS
They could tie the code with 1st day dlc or online pass so if you sold the code you'd lose on that on PS3 version
@YodaCracker, I'm pretty sure the reason Microsoft is not on the list is not that it still cares about the gamers. It's that it never cared in the first place.

LBPV is the killer app for vita. Just look at the creations, theres already FPS games, racing games, lots of touchscreen puzzlers, RPGs with a couple levels already done, hell, fruit ninja has a pretty hardcore port there. There are full games with save points, dozens of levels and options menus! And it's all free.
PC's don't get even remotely close to avatar graphics in real time yet, and there's 0 chance that the 720 and PS4 will be more powerful than the current top hardware, so this is retarded.
I think we've reached the point, where saying that the console version of a game is not far behind the PC version actually means the PC version is a crappy port, rather than that the console version is really good.

AC2 is the easiest plat by far (for decent games, disregarding hannah montana and other bs), so it's not surprising at all. Got it with 18~20 hours of play on a 16 hour game.

its an exageration, but it's true. Every time someone mentions how cheap consoles are compared to PC gaming, everyone comes and says they can build a 300-500$ pc that can run that game better. Except that 6 months later, it won't run the new game at 60 fps anymore, and 6 months later it will struggle to keep 30 fps on medium settings. A good pc that runs everything in high levels of detail for at least 4 years requires a good investment, of at the very least 1200$, or 6...
This is not Gears 3 or Call of Duty. You don't finish the game in 4 hours and post a review by copy pasting the review sent in by the developer. Give them time.
I will think twice about Agent, but the other 4 are already on the To-Buy list.
Giving a game 9.9 is such a dick move :X 9.8 sends the message it wasn't perfect, 10 says it's perfect, but 9.9 is "I'm too much of a dick to give you 10" :D
There was Starhawk and Twisted Metal, but they came out way too early in the year to have any sort of chance on this. It's sad that games that are released at the end of the year always get more nominations regardless of the quality.
