And with apparently '2 billion served?' why do most games still sell better on consoles? Cod will most likely sell more on each console X1/ps4 than pc, let alone combined together.

You can't play most of those 'exclusives' on pc if you don't game on pc...
If you just game on PS then that's 44 games available to you this year. Not to mention some of the best third party line up in years years.
Metal gear TPP, mad max, Assassin's creed syndicate , COD BO3 , battlefront , Fallout 4 etc. Every gamer regardless of platform have a hell of a lot to Play this year.
They didn't need a release date. They surprised us and brought a lot of attention to their conference and Playstation which is exactly what E3 is about.
We have known about Quantum break, crackdown and scalebound for over a year now and they still have no release dates either. Shall we ignore them? By the time they release we will more than likely known about them for 2 years.
I believe it's too late for Microsoft to strike back at Sony. The gap is just to big and keeps growing every month.
But what BC does do is give Xbox fans more choice and more incentive to upgrade to X1. Tales of vesperia and lost odyssey plz Microsoft.

I've had trouble trying to connect to n4g all day, through 4G daytime and WiFi tonight. YouTube not running smoothly atm on my ps4 either, reset my modem a few times but nothing. Planetside 2 update taking ages, not been a good day for connectivity!

Crackdown, scalebound and quantum break were announced years ago and still have no release date, so don't act like that's one sided.

People have been waiting God knows how many years for this, you think most of them really care they have to wait a little longer? No one saw this coming. I saw a rumour on n4g I believe the day before about it possibly being announced and completely dismissed it, just said to myself no that's not happening. I'm happy it's announced and happy to wait. Same for FF15 and KH3. Rather know they are happening and wait than not know.
