This is pretty much how overpriced DLC and other rip offs like paying for costume colors got started.....
...by people being ok with it.
Speak for yourself, I still enjoying playing games on my old consoles themselves. I will sometimes go back and buy a game or two that I might have missed.
And...
You speak as if PS3 is done....and that is far from the truth.
I agree with Curtis here, I personally see these sort of articles as being very annoying.
I view this site as being for NEWS...and this certainly isn't that.
Even if the person were famous I can't really see me giving a damn as to why they have or don't have a next gen console, or wanting to know what they think about it.
And no, I didn't click the article, this post was made out of annoyance and to show my agreement with o...
No one seems to think or care about bandwidth caps. A lot of the net providers here in the US have become greedy bastards in regards to caps. Could be a problem.
You sound like a PR person. Trying a bit too hard there.
I wanted to like it, but it just wasn't for me. That definitely doesn't mean it wasn't a good game though.
I'm not sure about this game, word is that it's good....but I want to try it somewhere first.
What I do with reviews....
Ignore them mostly. What I usually end up doing...going to amazon and read what users/gamers have to say.
From there you can usually weed out the fanboy/foolish reviewers by what they complain about.
Usually though I'm already sold on a game and I just want to hear what the general word is.
Rarely have I ever been influenced by actual reviews, unless they report game-breaking things and it isn&...
I bet they wish they had used dilithium crystals instead.
This isn't new, and it wouldn't be news if it were.
Gonna have to disagree with you on the driving, personal opinion obviously but the driving felt too stiff. Maybe it has been a while but I remember vehicles all turning on a dime, and that just isn't right.
Might use this as an excuse to replay it a bit and see....I still have lots to do in the game.
The melee combat was damn perfect though, loved that.
The hell is wrong with you?
Really?
No device is worth the poor treatment of people.
WHAT???? Are you serious???
They'd better get out of that $#@! soon...
Though Starhawk did not grab me like Warhawk did.
I don't quite understand why I should care about this guy and what he has to say.
IDGAF...and really, you guys shouldn't either. We'd all be better off.
Too late to get me interested, I deleted the game to make space on my HD. I am not a shooter fan in the first place so that didn't help matters.
I will say that the last time I gave it a whirl they had greatly improved everything...looked and played a lot better.
Just not enough to keep me interested, and that's including the free stuff(from a PS3 bundle).
Outstanding how? Story-wise? I am simply going by appearance from the video.
The show could be good, I admit that I haven't seen it, but I have my doubts.
Not saying I'd never give it a chance, I would.
Those definitely aren't the turtles I grew up with....(that's a bad thing)
The game itself looks pathetic.
Having NOT read the review and going only by score, I'd say that is accurate from what I've played.
It IS a good..great game but definitely not a perfect score. IMO no game gets a perfect anything.
Based on impressions with both online and offline play...anything in the 9 or 8 realm is good for it.
Wrong game mate. Guitar hero is the game that pretty much brought about the death of casual music games by running the series into the ground.
When HMX left after GH2, the only worthwhile GH game in my opinion was Metallica, and they even failed with that by not supporting it with dlc properly.
Getting demos in the mail was always a great thing, couldn't wait to pop them in the system.
Now all I ever get in the mail are bills....
And credit card offers...
