I guess because the media flipped out and a lot of people followed as usual. Rockstar are doing the exact same thing with GTAV except it's more recent and I'm willing to bet they didn't put as much work into it as ND did with TLOU Remastered. Oddly enough there's no hate surrounding the GTAV port.
I don't know if I'm getting TLOU remastered but I know I'm not getting GTAV PS4.
Trophies are cool. Not necessary but neat. I'll personally only platinum games I really like.
Like you said it's pretty cool when you get a rare trophy.
That's pretty much what his article said. Except not specifically the Xbox One. He said that playing on any platform makes you a gamer.
I think you're a real gamer when you're playing not to pass time but because you actually want to play. By my philosophy I guess the author wouldn't be a real gamer. But then who cares about labels like that.
Agreed.
I think both games had something the other didn't have. I liked both equally I think. Sleeping Dogs definitely had a more serious and immersive story.
I also loved jumping on cars in pursuits. That was awesome. The combat was definitely better in Sleeping Dogs. One thing I didn't like is I felt the world was small at one point.
GTAV had more things to do as well. The protagonists were all pretty cool and interesting characters but at the same time I...
Wow this author finds some very simple things complicated. Final Fantasy VII? It's like extremely oversimplified.
If that guy played Xenogears his brain would melt. And even Xenogears isn't THAT hard to understand.
What's wrong with people these days? It's complicated when it requires just a little bit of effort to understand?
It's not complicated. I think what Twiggy meant by investing is just playing at least all (or most) of the canon games. The plot is actually pretty simple. IMO it SHOULD be more complicated. I liked the direction MGS2 took with its plot. Sadly that's where it ended.
It is. The Phantom Pain uses the same engine as Ground Zeroes and that's the case with GZ.
I think Monolith Soft owns part of it actually but most of it is still owned by Bandai. Just like Abriael said, that's why they're not doing another Xenosaga and making Xenoblade instead.
Nice glitch. That was pretty cool.
Bankrupt? Yeah I've been hearing that since the PS2 days. Not going to happen.
Yeah I'd definitely take an HD remaster. Ever since my old PS3 died I haven't been able to play PS2 games at all and I've really been missing Onimusha.
Actually it feels like they tried really hard to make it go downhill. VI looks very generic. BoF has always been anything but. Until now.
So they're basically cheat codes. It's not like FFVIII needed to be easier. It actually needs to be much harder. It's like the easiest in the series.
Title should be *Hideo Kojima discusses the Phantom Pain*
It's old news. That thing about big budgets vs creative freedom was posted a few days ago.
Wreck it Ralph isn't a video game adaptation. It's a movie about video games.
Silent Hill, like others have said, is probably the best video game adaptation. The sequel not so much.
I'm not too worried about that. He's probably going to release it a little while after consoles.
I think he meant games that are only on PS4. All the games you listed also came out on last gen consoles if I'm not wrong.
Well okay? I mean you bought it so you can do whatever you want with it.
As for me I'm using it to play games.
