Gameplay looks excellent.
Animations though... are the best looking I've ever seen in any video game.
I'd rather see gameplay footage of just walking down the street in The Division than explosions and gunfights and gratuitous special effects in most other games.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to bring in McHale was the main culprit. McHale was just happy with his paycheck and doesn't really care what the audience or even co-host thinks.
I'd understand if he's an ignoramus who doesn't know how to host a show like this, but what about the people who asked/hired him? Weren't they supposed to know better?

You do realise there are several other projects that promise full planetary exploration, and that Star Citizen may bring it post-launch?
This actually was interesting. Look at the scale of the environments and that seamless planet-to-space takeoff.
I also wonder if it's just coincidental that there are so many indie studios working on Space-themed games now.

Completely destroys Ubisoft's other "Watch Dogs" if anyone remembers that remotely. Let's not forget how good The Division looked in motion with the most realistic animations I've seen in a video game.

As long as it's not a repeat of Joel and Ellie it's alright. That was already told at the highest level and you don't need the film medium to bring out that top notch quality.
Otherwise I'm all for expanding the franchise in any medium they see fit.

As much as I stand by that to each their own tastes, a general consensus among (mostly) unbiased reviews is far more valid and credible than a a person with a defensive mechanism screaming fanboy.
Unless you're willing to fabricate and believe a conspiracy that they're paid off by competition to review the game poorly. That'll be an entertaining read.. or not
