i just got home from work and have been wanting to get in and play, but haven't been able to get back "retrieving heroes list"
i enjoy the game, but all the downtime is a joke. if i could get a refund, i'd have taken this back already. if publishers insist on always connected drm, then they should always be online themselves.
I'm on my 3rd one personally. 1st died after about ten days, just wouldn't turn on anymore... returned and replaced by Best Buy and 2nd one did the exact same thing after only 3 days of use!
Got it replaced again, and so far so good. Fingers crossed that this 3rd one actually lasts.

Sure, a single platform consolidation is not going to happen tomorrow (or in the next generation cycle), but it's silly to think it's "wild baseless assumption."

i agree with Inception above and would add that mascots really are a thing of the past really.
they were great during the Mega Drive/Geneis & SNES days... but now it's more about a number of ICONIC characters and franchises representing companies. like those mentioned by Inception above.

I'm thankful for the many good times I had gaming (my favorite hobby) this year playing coop with my partner and nieces and nephews. Games such as Rayman Legends and Battleblock Theatre have been amazing to play with the kiddies and bugginess aside, I thoroughly enjoyed replaying the campaigns in Halo MCC in splitscreen with my partner.
