PS PC ports are slowly becoming more of a norm. Always a welcome.
This game would've faired better in the now-less contested 2nd half of 2022.
Most major titles from 2022 got delayed to 2023 anyways (bar few).
Would be tough for this niche game to succeed in 2023 (if the current 2023 packed releases is anything to go by.)
Not sure how soon after Sony deal expires that MS will make the yearly CoDs exlusive to Xbox or PC.
(maybe never? Warzone will remain on PS)
But ... MS will sure make all the PS-exclusive CoD benefits (contents and early acesses), exclusive to Xbox, after the PS deals expires.
Lies of P showcase? Nice. Wasn't expecting that.
Looking forward to High On Life & Pentiment updates as well.
by that, you can say that about any turn based game, that its a joke.
You think all those super mages from those fantasy turn based are any less powerful than Wolverine.
Its good to have new genre spin on the old (like superhero) formula, even though you or I aren't fan of that said genre.
Plus turn based makes it much easier to balance the powers.
yea ... 😂
" oh well the boat has already sailed ... better finish what we started "
hmm ... its UE.
But I thought using UE5 they're sticking to current gen only
good taste
With all those regular trailers dropping, didn't expect this to get delayed to 2023 as well.
I know Firaxis' games do not focus much on visuals but still hoping that, along with gameplay polishing, they do touch up the graphics as well.
Hope this game gets to wow us in 2023
wait .... this a cross-gen title?
Commenting on only the Ubi AC part here.
People actually got fed up with the frequent release of ACs. Annual release fatigue is to mainly blame here more than anything. If you get somewhat same game every year (even if they're quality), people will respond with, "why another so soon? and why is it same?"
[from 2009 to 2020, there's been 1 or more AC released every year]
Ubi avoided the "why so soon?" complaints and instead tried to addres...
Starfield MIA at Quakecon is a bummer but they did just share tons of info and a lengthy presentation a month ago. So from marketing PoV its not that out of place.
Since the game's delayed, they might target for a later event. Like TGA perhaps? For a short trailer?
Remember, Bethesda softworks always goes ham with PR when their games is closer to release. Always been the case. The recent presentation was scheduled in sync with 2022 release of Starfield. But in spite of t...
Scheiße! Nein.
Return to Castle Wolfenstein is the best in the series. After that:
New Order
New Colossus
Old Blood
🤦🏻♂️
Returnal with VR? ...
wouldn't it be too spontaneous & hectic for a VR experience during those intense combats?
But why so much hate for this game, here?
Just because it was shown at a MS conference/show few months/a-year back?
But before that it was shown quite few years ago as small-medium clips at PC shows/presentations. Nobody even cared much then (except few FPS/immersive sim fans in PC community).
Let the small studio do their unique things guys, irrespective of which conference their work gets the promotion from before it gets released. And small studio is bound to ta...
Nah, same game, just bringing it to Microsoft Store/Xbox Insider Hub app.
And MachineGames already did a pseudo-Remake/Homage to RTCW in Wolfenstein Old Blood.
Though I am more than happy to get a 1:1 Remake of RTCW in the future as well.
Same here, mate. One of my fav FPS campaigns. Brutally difficult at times (PC).
Still the best Wolfenstein game. Period.
But I'll disagree on the recent ones being boring part. (except Youngblood. Yea I'll agree its a very weird game)
Rumored Alone in the Dark announcement.
