Yea the Remake's really underrated.
Its actually one of those textbook Remake projects, showcasing how Remake projects should be.
I find it a bit funny that, TLOU II debuted on PS4 and yet this remake although looking exactly like TLOU II (which is a really good thing, mind you, as TLOU II is one of the best looking game), is being marketed as being built from ground up for PS5.
Really? This won't run using the same setting as TLOU II on PS4?
(yea I know, last gen should be left behind but still ... was just wondering)

Is that what happened to Starfield?
That was a smaller studio under Saber's Russian division. The Russo invasion caused CDPR to sieze any business with Saber's Russian division.
And Saber is a pretty big company and is headquarted in Florida. And their offices are spead out all over NA and EU.
That's Remastering.
But for Re-'make'-ing ... only the story and design concepts can be used/referred ... everything else needs to be 'made' again.
