Foamstars is no different a GAAS game than say Anthem or Halo Infinite where if your not a great game then people will quickly move on. Foamstars may not have had the hype that Anthem or Halo Infinite had but gamers have to a ha reason to stay with the game a and like Anthem and Halo Infinite Foamstars just isn't good enough.

I looked up the top selling games of 2021 when COD Vanguard released and it wasn't in the top20 (21st) of games sold that year. I also looked up the top sellers for 2022 and COD Vanguard wasn't on The list that covered the top 25 of that year....so I'm saying something don't smell right about this report claiming Call of Duty Vanguard sold 30 million units.

On Game Pass where you play it free I'm told it can't crack the top 10 (15th) and on Steam its not one of the Top 100 most played. I never said "everything is going ok at Bungie". I play Destiny 2 and hit the level cap and tap out! I don't farm for anything in the game I may not play all the new content. I hit the cap and and move on. The player count will return with the new content releases in June as it does every year. The same thing happened a year ago when players finished up the yearly DLC and update content they were playing and they left the game then returned when the new content released. Also these same doom and gloom hacks were here pointing out that the player count in D2 dropped. Bungle is releasing a big content DLC in 2 months when this releases the Steam player count will jump back up to 200k+ maybe 300k. I think Sony will be fine if they sell around 18 to 20million PS5's this year. Can you imagine though if you were a console manufacturer and struggled so badly to sell a console that you can't announce your projected sales a year in advance and then when your forced to announce what you did sell it turns out to be less than the last generations console....that would be embarrassing.... I'm not sure how any multiplatform game that releases on Xbox helps anyone at all unless Microsoft pays a big chunk of cash to have it on the Xbox rental service. I can't disagree but before I posted my comment I looked up what is considered the Nintendo gen 7, gen 8 and gen 9 consoles for Nintendo. I found the Wii to be gen 7, Wii U gen 8 and the Nintendo Switch to be gen 9. Now none in of this nonsense means a thing I just find it odd to combine the PS5 and Xbox Series as a view of gen9 when just one of those 2 makes up the vast majority of the 77 million sold and to ignore what Nintendo has done on top of the 77 million is as I said......dumb!
So the industry is combining the PS and Xbox console sales together but leave out the Nintendo Switch this is dumb.
