Already owning a Wii U, they sold me on Amiibo. Before I didn't realise how many uses they would have, but what they've used them for is impressive.

Because the team is Japanese and the localisation team doesn't have time to translate everything they make as they make it. We still haven't seen a single screenshot in English :(

Xenoblade on Wii was amazing so I was expecting their next game to blow minds.
Games like these cost a lot to make, and take a long time. If you look up the history of Monolith Soft you'll see that before they were with Nintendo they had never really completed a game. They had even made games that just stopped half way and told the rest in a comic-book thing because they were told by the publishers that they were out of time.
When they were working on Xenoblade for the Wii they went over budget and over time, and a representative of Monolith went to Nintend...
All of Nintendo's games are around 2 gig with the biggest being 5, and you can add an external hard drive unlike some systems I know.
Yeah from what I saw Splatoon looked really fun but not even close to varied enough. Maybe larger maps with more variation, as well as other modes (capture the flag, normal deathmatch, etc) could make the game much better.
Why is the Wii U tagged in this?
If the weakest console got the worst ports then the PS2 would have sucked.
To put this game on the Wii U they would have to completely revamp it, basically start it over. I hear it's a good looking game on the DS/3DS but it will not stand up on the Wii U without being redone. Good luck to the devs, if they port it well then I'll buy it.
Aww it's not available for Australians. That sucks, I'd love 10 bucks eShop credit to buy some of those great indie titles available on the wii u.
Can you imagine a pokemon game on the wii u similar to Xenoblade Chronicles X in scope? That would be crazy, they could completely revamp the combat system whilst still keeping the elemental powers and the game could possibly be the greatest pokemon game ever.
Perhaps they could keep the old combat on handheld systems and the new combat on home consoles.
Could be awesome and I hope they're making one for Wii U :DDD
We don't want to glorify being fat, a few protagonists would be fine but in some games it wouldn't feel right (games with a lot of running, for example).
Sad because that was a good game too.
