Go internet!

Back in the day, I hardly ever encountered lag, and when I did, it was usually something on my end. But recently I've noticed an increase trend in increased ping, rubber banding, and just plain Laggg.

A game of L4D2 demo, hosted on an official dedicated PC server run by Valve. 1000 Ping is a hefty delay, roughly 4 secon...
The internet is chock full of Why?
Hush little noob, don't get pwned.
Mama's gonna hear you scream and moan.
Come on guys keep it goin!
Different Scores?
WTF IS GOING ON!?
Those SFX are gonna drive parents crazy...
Next question.
I have preached gaming as an art form for quite some time, probably before Sessy realized how much he loves video games.
Which brings me to my final post about this Airport issue... After playing it, I feel they should have never made this a gameplay moment. Making the scene playable just created a long winded "woe is me" set piece. If they wanted emotion and let tearducks flow, it would have worked best by taking a page out BioShock's book... with the Andrew Ryan Unpla...
Apparently this Oven Trick works the same way. Melting the solder so it reattaches to whatever is causing the issue.
I wouldn't suggest this, because you can easily inspect your card for any pitting or loose connections. IF you can't find any issues, then feel free to bake yourself a GPUPIE.
Wrapping your 360 in a towel.
Not being a troll or anything, but after my 360 died, I wrapped that sucker in a towl and turned it on. OF course it didn't work right away... a few restarts later and...
A miracle! The solder melted and hardened, connected the GPU to the motherboard again, bringing it back from the dead!
But like all zombies, it died the next morning, and wouldn't see the dashboard again... turtle beach towel and all.
No. Leave video games be.
You skip it?
This is just the beginning. I can't stand PC gaming now, because it's becoming more apparent that a games development was easily copy and pasted from their console counterparts.
With the exception of a few developers *coughDICEcough*, PC gaming is taking a turn for the worst.
I understand them though, with consoles bringing in more revenue, its understandable that they would spend more time making a better console experience, the problem persists when they refuse to ...
Not Games for Windows Live! DICE what are you thinking!
Oh that's right, your trying to make the best game ever... mmkay... good work then! High fives?
I see where your coming from, but it still doesn't excuse the scene from being obnoxious.
I've said this countless times before. If they wanted to grab the players attention and create a tear jerking scene, they would have made it unplayable, and slapped on some sympathy music.
Instead they went the controversial route. Idiots.
Money well spent.

I hope these are just additional features tacked on to a more useful update.
I'm not gonna lie, I have a Facebook and Myspace account, and I think the console integration is great, because I think Myspace and Facebooks actual website layout is confusing as hell.
Kind of off topic... but Killzone 2 is one of the worst multiplayer games this generation.
Don't get me wrong, its fun, I enjoyed the first couple play throughs... with an exciting atmosphere and excellent infrastructure.
Up until 5 minutes ago when I put the controller down, and said "Goddamn this multiplayer sucks."
I was up to a 2 star level, and enjoying the MP lately, up until I noticed how frustratingly stupid the game is...
