Let's have a look at this. I'll record my reaction to the article as it happens.

First page: this Guy really doesn't like Angry Birds. Poor guy. It's a pretty fun game.

First picture: a card game? Really? YuGiOh and Hassle: the Dorkening aren't enough?

Next: bird toss. I'm overcome with apathy. As I'm sure most people will end up being.

T-shirts: I can live with that. Mostly because I have a Family...

It looks to me like AC1 was proof of concept. AC2 was everything 1 should have been. Brotherhood added some pretty nice features, like recruiting assassins and putting them to work, and of course the MP. Then Revelations just expanded on the stuff that was added in Brotherhood and rearranged other pieces.
Maybe the next one will have a nice mission editor. It seemed to work for Infamous 2.

I almost totally agree. I was a little disappointed with Revelations. I like the franchise. They're all good games, but I will agree with your assessment. The only difference being that I did finish AC1.

What 3.1 and 3.2 said. I think the voice actress is Ashley... something. Hold on a sec.

(Three seconds later)

Johnson. Her name is Ashley Johnson.

"What could possibly go wrong?"
Edward Smith probably asked that very question as he set sail on his last voyage as a sea captain, aboard the HMS Titanic.
How many executives at American International Group asked that question when they started selling Credit Default Swaps?

"What could possibly go wrong?"

Famous last words.

Right next to, "Hey Billy Ray! Watch THIS!!"

Not really my idea of funny. I liked #6. And #1 was amusing.
There was a sign on the top of one of the bridge supports in GTA: San Andreas that said, "There are no easter eggs up here. Go away." Or something similar.

My 40gig is still working fine. In the four years I've owned it, no problems.
So what are you doing wrong to make yours die on you?

I tend towards sandbox games, so when I come back to, for example, Just Cause 2 I'll look for a better way to get through it, usually by getting as much as I can as early as I can. I got the best sword in AC:R fairly early on in this second time through.
Then there's the UGC in Infamous 2.

13 years 35 weeks and 6 days, if you want that level of precision.

I wonder what the player did to warrant a 5000 day ban. I think that would be excessive for someone who exploited a glitch to level faster, or cussed out another player. He must have hacked the game or something.

Nice. The second one was funnier.

Who is Destruction Deby? Is she hot? Packing plenty of hardware for all the destruction? Is it too much to ask for you to read the article before posting it? Maybe check for typos? You're supposed to be professional writers. Act like it.

On topic: I kind of miss Destruction DeRby. This might be fun.

I didn't have as much trouble with the feathers as I had with the No-Hitter trophy (scoring 10 kills in one fight without taking any damage). Either one of the soldiers would hit me, or half of them would run away.

Ellie kind of reminds me of Ellen Page (Kitty Pryde more than Ariadne)
And Joel looks like.... Nathan Drake in Uncharted 27.
I just looked. No info on MoCap or voice actors yet.

I agree with the first part 100%. I can understand some of the excitement, because of Naughty Dog's reputation, but there seems to be quite a few people who are way too hyped for a game we know next to nothing about.

As for the rest: I'm one of the two dozen people who who haven't plaayed any of the Uncharted games, so I can't say with any certainty "agree" or "disagree."

I am going to get Uncharted eventually. Got it lin...

I like the idea of an open world game. That would be the difference between renting and buying for me. If it does end up being a sandbox game, the best setting I can think of would be one of the five boroughs; preferably Brooklyn. Low buildings, plenty of places to hide, and a lot of houses have bars on the windows, making fortifying for a night's sleep easier.
It looks like it might be good, based on what little we know. Definitely worth playing, but if it's a sandbox, I'...
