I'm sure there well be a fair share of Move-only games as well as controller-only games. However, it is important IMO that Sony have games that the gamer can use Move or Dual Shock that will appeal to the hardcore and the casual.
I'd also like to suggest that there be games where both the Dual Shock and Move be used. For example, in a future Killzone you can use the Dual Shock for regular gun play and then when the situation suits itself, a stealth knife melee wit...

To those that still own the original 360, the Kinect uses the same socket used to plug in the plug in adapter. For those people,its either plug in the Kinect or go online, unless M$ makes a splitter.
