@takohma: no idea on vita game price drops. I'd expect the launch games to be discounted regularly starting the next couple of months though.
Vita isn't included in the buy 1, get one half off sale. In fact, there really aren't any Vita deals at Best Buy this week.
Wonder Woman has been able to fly since the 60s. She couldn't when she was first created though adn there's been some instances (like Super Friends) where she couldn't either.
Well, the appeal of the $400 Xbox 360 is the custom translucent case, paint job and two custom controllers too. The digital content is just a little bit of icing.

Haha. I doubt it took the hundreds of Rare employees to come up with these three simple skins.
As Chunky mentioned, they are working on at least one next-gen title. Whether it will be good is a different question as the Rare today does not resemble the N64-era Rare or really even the Rare from just a couple of years ago.
The War Games Map Pass is part of the Limited Edition too. You're probably better of buying the War Games Map Pass that way if you plan on getting Halo 4 at launch.

Yep. Explained in the article. The PS3 never received the 1.06 patch that the PC and Xbox 360 did. So the 1.7 patch and the 1.6 patch were all rolled into one patch.
Since the numbering scheme is sequential, the PS3 is now on 1.6. even though it is technically even with the PC and Xbox 360 1.7 fixes.
He commented on it after it was submitted but before it was approved.

@NathanExplosion: My great uncle actually gave me an old school 1960s or 70s Erector Set when I was a kid (think early 80s). It was actually very cool to work with but it's no surprise the company had trouble competing with the likes of LEGO.
The Gears of War vehicles in these Erector sets look pretty good to be honest. It's too bad the figures look atrocious.

You must be a young'un. ;) Erector Sets have been around in one form or another since 1913. They used to have steel beams, screws, motorized parts and other industrial type parts to build stuff.
The brand is now owned by Meccano though and just not quite the same.
Not really two games for free. More like one free since you have to buy both the 3DS and Kingdom Hearts 3DS to get the gift card.
4J Studios said it would be "many weeks" for the 1.8 update last week.
