The only PC games I find worth buying are usually MMO's and games with a first-person perspective. Aside from that, I'd stick to the console version.
Anyone else notice the title's major screw-up?

Well, I, personally, have yet to abandon the Wii. Not counting the several Virtual Console games I'm playing, I've been playing 4 games; A Boy and His Blob, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Metroid Prime Trilogy, and Klonoa. I've beaten all of these games, but I'm going through them again to get all the unlockables that I missed.
360's and heaters have a lot in common. Both heat the room and break if you try putting disks in them.

I had a similar setup in mind when I was thinking about the possibilities of a virtual reality-style game system. It's pretty cool to know that my idea could actually work.
Keep in mind, the compression they're using is far different then the compression used on that video, obviously.

Looks pretty good. It seems that their biggest obstacle to overcome is getting developers on board with it. Not having well-known publishers like Activision and Valve could hurt them. The supporters they have now are good, but they'll need more to be successful.
What Kakkoii said. I believe Nintendo said that their next console would be even more compact than the Wii, which would make the Larrabee a smart choice.

I think this is the board I was looking at on Newegg. I wanted to get this motherboard, an Intel Core i7-860 processor, 2 sticks of 2 GB Corsair DDR3, and a Radeon HD 5870 GPU. Too bad I can't afford anything PC related...

Considering how cheap the price was for the amount of content you got in Trilogy, perhaps they weren't profiting from it?
