PS4 version wasn't capped so it would go up to 90 which would "seem" as stutter to some.

There is this notion again. If a kid gets a hold of this game blame the parents for allowing it. With terrible parents kids will probably get access to gruesome content that you can easily find online (Liveleak anyone?).

Oh boy, took me a week
The PSP was successful but it didn't seem so since it trailed way behind the NDS. The 3DS may not be as successful as the PSP but it's way ahead of the PSV. In all honestly, I doubt handheld gaming will ever be able to recover from the blow of mobile gaming.

The PS2 has a higher fill rate than the PS3, Sony should have put effort with the PS3 in the first place it seems.
True, CPU would be even below the 360 even, but as a GPGPU unit it would surpass both 360 and PS3.
