Basically MS is saying they are leaving console market in a pretty subtle way ,.. Sounds much better than "we're leaving console business but please buy our xbox anyway".
Console with upgrades is just a PC without benefits of PC,..
This ideas will fail harder then steamboxes,..because those things make no sense either

Think this up-gradable idea for xbox as a console is absurd (that is the main benefit of it,.. being closed system, every machine is the same so basically 0 issues with compatibility of anything, programming as close to metal as possible and optimizations throughout the generation),.. When things work well they work well on everything,..That is actually the point of the specialized machi...

It is totally a souls game though,.. And that is a good thing
It is a masterpiece of a game,.. There are couple of little things I like in DS and/or DKS1 better,(More npcs, more variety of monsters in general,.. but they probably make more sense cohesion/theme wise (they probably should somehow incorporate chalice enemies into main game..) but overall is one of the best games ever made
We were talking about graphics,.. They are improving insanely ,.. Freaking Bloodborne's Hunters dream place probably has more geometry then entire games last generation,.. Which is painfully noticable when playing DKS2 on the new gen,.. Yes looks better then what it did,.. runs smooth,.. but the geometry difference between 2 games is staggering,.. Bloodborne has more geometry in a room then DKS2 has in entire zones,.. Don't see how video recording has anything to do with raw power or ...
Someday maybe,.. and what is possible now,..(still quite doubt it,.. because of raw power and power consumption) it is not like things wont progressively improve on PC/consoles also ,.. so they cannot catch up actually
All I know is that it is probably one of the best looking games ever made,.. Hell the attention to details gives some serious PT vibes,.. Yep, that is how fucking insane it looks

Everything is inspired by something else in culture,.. How you combine and execute certain elements or even improve upon them is what counts,.. Naughty Dogs are pretty good at making great games,.. They are still unmatched when it comes to setting up 'kinda realistic' set pieces,.. Some things are basically movie quality rides,.. Also they pace things pretty well,..
Or someone just put ''rock arch beach'' into google images and put that one there,.. Big deal ,.. also matches apparently the settings of some level
