I don't totally get how people made it to the DLC and beat Mohg and complain about the DLC difficulty. Was the Mohg fight not enough a filter?
Honestly Fromsoft games are a niche kind of game that's become really popular and some people want it to be something it's not.
I've had lots of fun exploring, finding new weapons, cool new bosses that just in a visual sense are really cool.
Actually the Fire Giants freakin suck. They are not fun, the article ...
I can't see myself getting a digital only Playstation.
I think I might go completely PC at that point.
Weird how in a game that is officially capped at 60fps, all their data goes much higher with no mention of needing to mod the game and potentially risk getting banned from online features.
"not want to" is not a commitment to anything.
If you like Persona but hate yourself then play Conception.
"The player's goal is to charm girls from National Star God Academy, raise their affection for Itsuki, then produce and take the Star Children to explore dungeons and battle Impurities"
Hit on girls then put your "energy" into them and they'll "produce" "Star Children"
Then you send your children into dungeons or something. IDK.
I've jumped in here and there on PC since launch and I've never really been able to find the fun. Movement just doesn't feel good, menus feel inconsistent even tho there is some logic to it. It's just not very satisfying to play generally in my experience.
Water is BEAUTIFUL tho. Holy Cow.
Extra polygons of dirt doesn't make design better. And I was speaking for myself. How would I speak for others? Did I declare myself a representative of the republic of gamers? Am I labeling myself a public ambassador of interactive media?
Of course it's gonna be cool to play through E-Day, but 100x detail is just a number and doesn't really describe anything.
There needs to be substance, not just flash.
This has been a statement by The President of Elec...
Don't care about 100x details, just want a fun game with extreme situations and some good old fashion brutality.
Comparing the shows should be in perspective that Xbox showed more games that were much further out, something like 2 year (hard to tell when Gears has no window). Sony didn't venture out of the next like 8 months.
Xbox's show was more forcused on brand hype while Sonys was casually showing upcoming games.
Thing is, Sony kept their show to this year and Xbox stretched out into later next year and beyond. It's a tad difficult to compare and at this point people are just upset that their free show that advertises products wasn't exciting enough.
I can't believe how much people bitch about a free show that nobody needs to watch if they don't want.
As a fan of playstation, yeah, I've been wishing for a couple of years now that'd that'd focus on gameplay first more like Nintendo. I'm not saying completely abandon everything and try to copy Big N, but to take some ques and focus on tight gameplay experiences first and let the rest follow. We finally seem to be getting that with Astro Bot but tbh, I can't see Astro having the character design strength that any other Nintendo character does. I just don't see a roboti...
There's more to hardware than what has mathematically more Tflops. Tho being the industry leader can be somewhat of a factor I'm not sure it's very much of one.
If you look into the hardware beyond just the CPU and GPU things start to look different, and there's plenty beyond just those two parts, those two parts even are modified to their own design in some degree.
Cerny really said putting down an Apple in Crash 2.
lol, of all the people you'd expect to say wumpa fruit.
When you only look at the big flagship chips that seems true, but there's a lot going on in a modern console that takes advantage of being a dedicated kit. The various elements put into how the pipelines are connected shape the direction of games. End to end decryption and data streaming is something big that PC can only kind of do and with less certainty for example. Dedicated audio chip that rivals the main CPU in the PS4 is a big paradigm shift, devs used to fight for cores and audio w...
You might be slower. Your somewhat wrong about what you're being insulting about. Probably didn't read the article.
Well naturally i guess.
They built a following of people who enjoy single player, local games, now they're expanding to produce more multiplayer stuff.
This is an additive change, seemingly close to none of the traditional games are being taken away by them expanding this way. (I am irked that Naughty Dog spent so long on TLoU MP only to cancel it when all I wanted was something pretty slap-on basic.)
I'd say it's just noise.
I saw iVRy had guessed it'd be $80 so I consider this a win.
How bout they start laying of some execs eh? They clearly don't know how to manage.
