Should have released on a console with more dedicated fighting game players and rollback netcode.
But I like getting hit into a loading screen.
What I meant is... Of course the best game available on the console is the one downloaded the most. If there was a top 10 for what is out on PS5 right now Demons Souls would take every slot. There isn't anything else worth talking about right now.
What else is there to download though?
We don't like to think with logic around here, stop it.
"The SNES version was also released in 1996. Since third-party publishers such as Capcom were increasingly concentrating on CD-based consoles, outside of Japan this version was published by Nintendo instead of Capcom.["
Seems like Elden Ring could potentially be the only system seller for me. But that is fitting as I only got a PS4 for Bloodborne.
Use the dedicated time you would spend on an easy game and slowly chop away at Elden Ring.
Sully, we are talking about performance and how Xbox will be at an advantage in competitive games where Sony doesn't release a 120fps patch. Subscription fee is an entirely different thing to argue about.
Because Sony should be matching Xbox on every 120fps thing they do. Warzone and Rocket League getting patches for 120fps on Xbox while Sony sits at 60fps is insulting. This needs to be addressed by Sony. Playing Rocket League on PS5 is now the 3rd best way to play the game. Trailing way behind PC and Xbox. 120fps is an absolute game changer. Even bigger game changer than going from 1080p to 4k.
You are way out of pocket right now. Demons Souls started the entire Souls craze. Even PC folk are emulating it. People have played this game.
AKI Engine!
I wouldn't say so. The best game will be Demons Souls, which is a game most of us have played already. As it stands, it actually seems like the best game will be Demons Souls for a long time. As a souls fan, I love that, but you have to admit it isn't a great look when your best game is a remake.
My Xbox nostalgia starts and ends with, "What is that?" When I went to a neighbors house as a kid.
Why do I feel like I've never seen the HUD before? Lower left looks terrible. Almost like a placeholder. That aside, the game is looking good.
Wait for the real REAL version on PS6.
Oh but we love Pachter when he says something good about Sony.
Imagine picking some subpar 30fps ray tracing and getting your ass lit up by PvPers that choose performance mode.
Good.
The top 2 are absolutely correct in this list. I have deep nostalgia for some of the earlier titles but those two are for sure the best. Honorable mention would be Street Fighter II Turbo Revival on GBA.
