King of Xbox One fps exclusives maybe. There are plenty of higher rated shooters on the market with better campaigns and multiplayer.
At best it's best it might end up the Jester.
The biggest problem is clearly the campaign. Luckily the multiplayer holds it up.
@Feedogg6 The latest iteration doesn't seem to be better from what I've played. I was actually disappointed as the Halo franchise is the pinnacle staple of the Xbox's ...
They didn't say there focus was to start making first person shooters only lol. They are talking about mostly third person deals hear and that the fps audience is switching to PS4.
Not sure how you got to abandoning their other audiences lol. They have maybe 2 shooters of many exclusives in the making. That's not a lot. The amount of exclusives they have shown, The variety is plentiful.
Best of both worlds.

This article is full of marketing spin.
They said in a recent article that the micro-transactions are to fund the live events team they set up to make events monthly in the game. Since the micro transactions in Destiny are only emotes and don't effect the game play in anyway, I say, all the power to the people that want to blow cash on emotes. More content for everybody.
Those words are not as strong now that Halo received it's lowest rated title since it's release with an average score of 8.5. Series need's a better single player campaign. Shame for the players that don't play multiplayer. They get an okay halo. a racing game and some remasters. Tomb raider is only timed exclusive so.
What you are missing is that anyone who own's a PS4 and xbox one will most likely pick up third party titles for PS4. So COD whether it sells a bit less will still sell pretty good, also Assassins creed, Fallout and Battlefront. These games have great numbers of people who follow the series. Sony will be fine.
Just listened to the podcast. She said an unmentioned source told her this. The game is 8 months out and was built on PC so naturally in development 8 months out you are going to hear these things as games really ain't finished till around the last month. Some games don't finish right up until a week before the title has to ship. Pretty normal although these are rumors so worth a grain of salt.
errrrmmm... Games for gold never holds a flame to Plus. This month is just fine. Everything is fine.
Not sure if you are new to these parts but most of those are probably who prefer other platforms trolling. It's pretty common here on N4G.
No not really. I don't mind cinematic. Great for story lines.
Yep, Never experienced any issues in the last couple months. What a shit show this article is.
If I owned an Xbox One, Here is what I'd do. I'd close my browser. Pull out my visa or equivalent. Purchase the game. Play it. Enjoy myself. Go on with my life.
Let's be real here for a second. is it the game Xbox fans wanted? for the most part probably, Media wise, No. Is the story bad, early indications point to bad pacing. Everyone here has played games that are 8.5 on meta-critic and enjoyed the shit out of them. Point being. If you own an Xbox One it's pr...
It seems they mention how fluid Destiny is over Halo 5 and not so much the Mechanics per say from what I have read.
Love me some PlayStation games indeed. I'm sure everyone on xbox will still enjoy it. I'd play it if I had one.
It's a good indicator of the median score overall. If the median is higher, The game is more praised around the gaming community and usually a good sign of a good game where as the lower not so much. However games are subjective so if you are a Halo fanboy you will probably look past all the bad mentioned in reviews because of other good aspects from the universe that draw you in. Never the less, This game doesn't seem to be getting the typically Halo scores Halo usually gets. They ar...
Lots of Destiny mention and how this game is not as fluid as Destiny. Destiny just keeps getting better and better IMO. Halo under 343. Small increments of lower ratings with every iteration.
Metacritic has it marked at 8.6. Probably not the Halo you all wanted but probably still a great game. The key things I keep reading from reviews keeping it from a solid 9 is the pacing of the game is kinda meh, Locks kind of a boring character and it doesn't feel as good as Destiny game play wise apparently. Lots of destiny comparisons. Multiplayer is cool but missing features from previous installments like split screen and lan.
The smartest move made by Sony was saying in November to Media outlets in 2012 it would start talking about the PS4 until it see's what the competition has to offer. Meanwhile, They where planning an event for February which you can now tell caught Microsoft off guard.
It could be worse. It could be a less powerful system with less games.
