This Seagate drive in particular has a Samsung Spinpoint drive inside. I know, because I've done this already. It's extremely simple to do. And when I was done, I used the old PS4 drive as the external drive for my X1 in my living room. The X1 in my bedroom has a 2TB Seagate hooked up to it. I still need to do this for my nephews PS4 but he's being a pain in the ass lately. So, he could pay for it himself and then I'll do the install for him.

Mine started downloading automatically last night. When it was done I clicked on the icon and under the time there was a box to check to have it auto download on the 5th. If the pre load downloaded two days before schedule maybe the rumors are true and we can start playing Destiny Monday morning.

The pre load was also suppose to happen on the 7th. Two days before launch. But it downloaded on the 5th, two days before the rumors of the servers opening up at 10 am on the east coast.
The possibility of being able to play 14 hours early is a strong possibility. Hopefully Sony and MS let this happen for those with an early copy and those who went digital. This is like the Day Zero Access for CoD: AW. it's a good incentive for people to buy digital.

The wait was killing me. I don't really play RPGs or MMOs so I picked up Diablo to get so e kind of practice in. I gotta say, I freakin love Diablo, now. I'm addicted to finding new gear. I can't wait to do the same in Destiny. But the wait is a little more bearable, thanks to Diablo.

I had the same problem. I called customer service a few times and finally I got someone who could give me a clear solution. I was told to buy it at full price, call customer service back, and they would give me a full refund back to my PSN account. Once that was done, I was told to go to Minecraft on the PS3 and save to the cloud. After all that, the price for Minecraft on the PS4 would change to $5.

You could get the Titan One so that you could use your Xbox controller on PS4. I was strongly debating which console to get this on mainly because of the controller. I decided on the PS4 but I feel like I'm probably gonna download it on my Xbox One as well. I just don't know if I'll be able to split my time equally between both versions.
I know, that external HDD support is awesome. I had a spare 2TB lying around so II was ready once the external support came. For my PS4, I bought a 2TB external drive and opened the housing to extract the drive. Inserted the 2TB I to the PS4 and the 500GB went into the housing as a back up to my other XBO in the living room.

Yup. I'm good with Diablo 3 until Destiny. Then I'll have to somehow divide my time between the two. I didn't expect it but Diablo took over my gaming time from TLOU. I start out saying I'll play for an hour and then four hours later I'm still playing. I've yet to finish the sp campaign. I want to finish the game first by myself and then jump in with other people. When Destiny hits, I think it will be the first game that I go co-op from the jump.

I always , painstakingly, try to replicate my image in character customization. I can easily spend an hour or more just creating my character. I have a chinstrap and it stinks that many games don't have this option or it is extremely limited (chinstrap w/mustache, w/stubble, etc.). The inclusion of beards is not that important but it would be a nice extra piece of customization.

Beat me to it. I don't think I'm ready. I got my PS4 copy paid for a while now. I should be set but, no, I'm not. For some reason, I am debating if I should also buy the Xbox One version as well. The ball is supposed to be act like a beach ball. They just didn't want it to look like one. There's a soccer ball as well if you want something a bit more weighted. But you're right. The physics aren't on the bleeding edge but they do make the game feel more alive.
