Good game, you just can't sell a 6 hour single player game for $60. If it had released at a Hellblade price point I think it would have succeeded. Hell, give the sequel to Sony Santa Monica, and when you announce it do it with a full gameplay trailer like Guerilla did with Horizon, to dispel any fear that it's gunna repeat the original's mistakes. Because the material deserves a second shot
@Rwyo I've never eaten shit before either but pretty sure I wouldn't enjoy it. Just a hunch.
They already said they're sticking with the same engine so I doubt it
I'm sure whatever the next game that comes out to score 9s and 10s, this guy will give it a 4. Desperate much?
Holy sh!t people it's blatantly satirical. Lighten up, taking it seriously makes you the dumbass not the author.
The Order sequel would be nice but Sony owns the IP, so it's highly unlikely to see a sequel at all and even less likely that RaD will be allowed to make it if Sony should greenlight a sequel at some point given its underperformance. Which is sad. My only problem with it really was the price. Had it released maybe like Hellblade, $30 new, it would have been much better received.
After Horizon, Spider-Man, and now Red Dead, there's zero excuse for this crap anymore. I think people used to have a lower expectations for graphics because of the size of the world in open world games,(plus the weird tolerance people have always had for Bethesda bugs), but now that others have shown that open world games can be gorgeous maybe Bethesda will finally get held accountable for their games looking and playing like sh!t
Oh shut the f"$k up. If we didn't appreciate anything given to culture by someone unless they were perfect we'd have nothing. Lincoln was racist, etc etc, but he still signed the emancipation proclamation. Edgar Allen Poe married his underage cousin. Only a childish moron would think that it's impossible to separate someone's work from their flaws. You take the good and leave the bad, in Lovecrafts case maybe skip the short story "The Street" lol. Strange guy, g...
You don't even have to three star all the challenges. I just played the game how I wanted and when I finished I was three trophies short of a platinum. Ran those down in ten minutes, it was quite accessible to do.
The first couple games set up an interesting arc, I was hooked. Then they sh&t on the arc with 3. Then they made a great pirate game. Then bleeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrggggghhh. Then a good egyptian RPG. Now in the new one it appears he doesn't even have a hidden blade. It's not become bad, it's just not Assassins Creed anymore. The best Assassins Creed game in years was Shadow of Mordor (not perfect but something truly innovative like the Nemesis system is what AC sorely needs).
So pretty much the Xmen Origins Wolverine game? They already made it, was very God of War, rated M and honestly wasn't half bad. Waaay better than the POS movie.
If I could double like this I would
I'm sold as well. People keep saying "Bethesda makes it optional", dude first of all 3rd or 1st person Fallout and Elder Scrolls are janky as f"$k. No one plays those game for the polished combat. And let be honest, 3rd person in those games is pretty much them moving the camera back a little and sticking a player avatar at the bottom of the screen, it handles like crap. The combat in Cyberpunk looks awesome already. Let them make a polished first person game, master one pe...
OH MY GOD CDPR SHOW THE F$&CKIN GAMEPLAY ALREADY!!!
All this stuff just feels so disingenuous. All these companies trying to climb their way to the top of the "woke" heap, cue the applause, "oh so brave, so inclusive". Inclusion is fine if it's genuine, but does anyone actually think that this is anything more than the mindless checking of a box on a soulless corporate checklist? It's a calculated ploy for attention and marketing, yet they act like they deserve an award for defending civil rights. Here's a thoug...
Haven't they only made one other game?
Based on the game pass thing, their general situation and some comments Phil Spencer said last night (our technicians are working on the next Xbox consoles(plural)), I'm predicting next E3 Xbox announces that they will release two consoles holiday of 2020. A weaker version without a disc drive, for $349-399 range (maybe as low as $299) geared at people who use gamepass, and also sort of embracing that Xbox has become a secondary console for many people. And a souped up version for $449-49...
EA puts out some dogsh"t single player games, they're poorly received, so they say "Single player games are dying". Well if you publish something worth a sh"t then maybe you'd actually make some money on an sp game.
Just another lazy ass asset flip. Just reskin everything (knobs on guns, stripes on non striped animals), are twins scary, I guess twins are scary, don't worry Yves, these dumb f"$ks will buy it. WHERE THE F"$K IS SPLINTER CELL!?!?!?!
