Maybe, but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. Besides, I plan on getting the game [hopefully soon] anyways. Convinced a pal of mine it'd be great fun if we both got it. :)
However, my view on the way everyone is acting, is that they are overreacting. No dire offense meant.
I don't like all the trolling against GT5 (not talking about IGN), but I'm beginning to think the people defending it are more annoying. Get a grip.

Here, gaming allegiances (so absurd) matter first and foremost before your own opinion.
People having different likes and dislikes is fine.
Hate is an entire different way of relating to something, though, and ridiculous when it's a video game.
But around here, it's perfectly normal.

I don't see what the fuss is about. The majority of people on here don't care about Call of Duty... or do they. lol

That's why I'm not getting GT5 any time soon. The reviews are mostly positive, but there are obviously problems and/or a lack of quality in certain areas of the game.
People on here want all of that to be ignored.
I'm going to put off this game until they can correct some of their mistakes, but without doubt, I'll get it eventually - when it's worth it.

Given the way some of the tracks and standard cars turned out (Forza 2 cars look better, I believe...), I can see why graphics could be a negative.
On the other hand, some graphical aspects are phenomenal, and truly photo realistic. Graphics-wise, there are extreme highs and lows.
But the weather system... that's pretty ace. It actually makes the game look better, whilst affecting gameplay. Seems awesome. :)
