I think it would be a mistake to offer a Kinect-free SKU because it would once again fracture the Xbox market and make developers treat kinect functionality as an afterthought like they did this generation.
This would seem to be good news for the tin foil cap brigade though.

I'd be happier if they had the (measly) 5 minute recordings for silver accounts and longer recordings (15-20 minutes) for gold subscribers.

I've never once lost a multiplayer match and yelled

"they only won because they use a smaller, third party power brick"

If you look closely at the E3 gameplay footage you see there are presently 424 spaces for weapons + combo weapons in the weapons locker broken down further by category.
*NOTE - I realize the following don't add up to 424 but there are other categories not shown in any video I've seen.
Firearms: 21 total
Electronic: 25 total
Blunt: 49 total
Mechanical: 10 total
Combos: 101 total

They have confirmed online co-op but have sacrificed local co-op to increase the number of zombies on screen and smoother running.
I think the Kinect attracting zombies is awesome, especially for the reason you just said. I see it as an awesome variable that could instantly change the way you approach an objective or destination, immersing you deeper into the game.
Can't wait for this game.

I find it interesting that people are surprised that they went with a darker tone, both in gameplay and visually.
This game is set a good 15 years into the Zombie apocalypse (Dead Rising 2 was set about 5 years after Dead Rising and Dead Rising 3 is set 10 years after Dead Rising 2).

Not exactly, Dead Rising 2 & Dead Rising 2: Off The Record (as well as Case Zero & Case West) required you to have the exact items to make a combo weapon.
In Dead Rising 3 there is an series of unlockable upgrades on your attributes page which allows substitution of similar items to make combo weapons, the Mauler for example is made with a samurai sword and a machete but can be created using a bowie knife instead of a machete.
