Hulk Laugh at robo-kitty-keg, robo-kitty-keg explode.
Hulk sad now.
I went down today to get my fastpass thing, got told they aren't giving them out until Friday.
Edit: Just got off the phone with my local EB, now they're saying next week for the fastpasses and the open at 10pm thing was to let people finalize payments on their preorders.
@Elit3Nick
Initially I wasn't a fan of the idea of the weapons lockers, it just seemed too convenient to run into the safe house and load out.
Then I realized the size of the map combined with the overwhelming number of zombies crammed into the city (even a city full of replacement weapons) should invalidate the perceived advantage and may actually lull you (initially) into a false sense of security.
I guess we will find out soon :)
I was watching a behind the scenes documentary on DR3 from the Capcom team the other day, from what I saw a lot of the humour in the game is user generated.
Wearing ridiculous costumes during serious or emotionally intense cut scenes, humiliating zombies with Servebot heads, that sort of thing.
Why did you do that to my brain?
WHY?!?!?
Bubble up for funny neural trauma.
Weren't they taking a lot of shit over the name?
The final easter egg would seem to be very open to interpretation.
The store clerk could have changed his name to reflect a video game character he likes from a game he sells, thus not the same universe.
On the other hand, he could have changed it to Edward Kenway, Historic badass pirate assassin, but that would make him a hipster douche... and living in the same universe.
Then again the name could have been chosen completely at random, in wh...
This is just the last few seconds of the CGI trailer that came out a while ago.
How did this get approved?
It is possible, I really enjoyed the GTA V main story. I guess we'll see.
This looks like they combined Fable with D'n'D, which is to say it looks awesome :D
I find your lack of faith disturbing, Kotaku. <force Choke>
I got to the end and thought "wait, that's it?" I really thought there would have been more main plot.
Don't get me wrong, there are still heaps of side missions, and lets not forget the 700+ online missions that activate in a few days, but I still felt like the main story was a little short.
But hey, that's what DLC is for...
I love it. Bubble up.
Is it just me or does the Sloth psycho kinda look like Zach Galifianakis from The Hangover movie series?
Super combo system.
When you absolutely, positively, got to kill every motherf***er in the room; accept no substitutes.
I was hoping that given the size of the map, you could have more than 2 player co-op, nothing over the top, four player would be awesome.
Still, an awesome game and I can't wait for my day one edition to arrive.
"psych,
Nothing that you said changes the FACT that you are a PS4 bully troll who in this circumstance is trolling with faint praise, and trying to shut down discussions about the X1 because your mother never breast fed you and your father sexually abused you."
@B1663r
I am not a PS4 bully troll.
I have never owned a Playstation, PS2 nor PS3.
I own an Xbox, an Xbox 360 and have had my X1 pre-order...
@B1663r
I said the X1 version comes with additional features.
From what I understood having read 3-4-5's comment was that they were only interested in the X1 for Project Spark, and I didn't (and still don't) know if they knew it was free and available on other platforms.
I don't see the point of buying a $500 console if you're only interested in a single, free multiplatform game.
Again, I wasn't trying...
If you're tossing up to get an X1 just for this, why not get it for Windows? (assuming you run PC)
They're releasing Project Spark on X1, Windows PC and Xbox 360 for free, though they've said that the X1 version comes with some additional features.
Not trying to talk you out of buying an X1, just making sure you knew about the other options.
Sweet mother of awesome, you can spawn vehicles :)
