I think they only ban the account for stuff like this and the console for stuff like modding. If it was his main and he had time on gold, it is gone now.

I too found the plethora of features in DR3 to be the most next-gen packed game, and one of the only next-gen games I was truly excited over.

Just eyeballing it here (don't get mad if I'm off a little) but the DR3 map looks to be ROUGHLY 12 times the size of the DR1 map, and ROUGHLY 7 times the size of the DR2 map.
And not a single loading screen in sight...

Sure, we don't need next-gen right now. We just need games companies to gamble $265 million dollars on a single game.
Admittedly GTA V isn't really a gamble, but smaller IP's would be.
$1 is a significant difference? what a crock of sh*t.
A real difference is when I went to buy a digital copy of Lego Indiana Jones 2 from Australia's Xbox marketplace ($60), decided to check out the US price ($20).
Now that's a significant difference.
So I switched my profile's region to USA and bought it from the US store.
When I get my X1 I'm going full digital and getting those games from the US marketplace...
Can't believe they're giving this away for free.
I'm getting one because:
1. I like their exclusive series.
2. I still have over 2 years on Xbox Live gold.
3. My friends are all on Xbox None of them have a PS3, nor are they planning on getting a PS4 (But I am in a couple of years).
4. The controllers fit nicely in my hands, the PS4 controllers have always felt too small. (I have really big hands)

Yeah but that's because they keep throwing the melee weapons before they break.
I'm pretty sure I saw the weapon icon on the bottom right flash like in previous games, indicating it was going to break. I guess we'll find out in a couple of months :)
