i remember back in 05 when MS released a chart comparing 360 vs the unreleased PS3 specs, where the 360 was capable of astronomical bus speeds (215 GB/S) compared to the ps3.
that press release was later confirmed to be nothing more than a blatant lie, where MS was counting busses that don't even add up or help each other.
my point is, you don't have to like or believe Sony's press release, but both Sony and Microsoft have business...

it's only a matter of time. after the 360 hits the bargan bin in 12-24 months, valve will have no choice but to start developing games for the powerhouse that is the ps3.
although they may be last gen graphics because their source engine is outdated, they won't be able to hit their sales goals by selling to a declining 360 base and not to increasing numbers of ps3 owners.
fyi, the author of this article wrote a 'ps3 is teh doomed' article a couple of months back, just so everyone knows.

you are correct. Lair originally had no analog stick control of the dragon, and when reviewers revolted at the frustrating controls, Factor 5 send out a press guide to show reviewers how to properly use the Sixaxis.
the problem is Sony and F5 tried to push this new control scheme onto gamers and it failed. I have Lair, and without the analog control patch, it would be pretty frustrating to play. This game should have come standard with the option to choose analog or motion.
i think EA wants to announce it, but i believe they are trying to court MS to pony up some $ to stay exclusive.
otherwise it's headed to the ps3. basically they are blackmailing MS, because they know MS doesn't have the greatest lineup for 09.
i would say MS should keep Mass Effect exclusive to the PC/360, because otherwise if they lose this and Valve starts going multi along with EA, it's over for the 360.
