Couldn't believe the price and got mine :) I think it's the best Vita game that's ever been created.
Thanks I got mine already :)
I think the biggest miss is lost sales rather than games. Literally, every gamer I know is just waiting to buy a ps4 but there is no stock. If there was 5-6 million in stock at launch, I'd assure they'd be sold out by now. I don't think even Sony expected this much demand
Some ppl really have problem with AAA games. People this is a 22 billion $ industry, no aaa games are here to stay for a looooooooooooooonng time
Sony should talk about 2014 AAA vita games if they want to get me excited.
As a Vita owner, I agree with you. No one SHOULD get a Vita only because of the remote-play feature. I got my Vita about a year ago not knowing the ps4 related features. It's been a rough journey at times due to lack of AAA games but indie games filled the gap a bit and then we got some awesome games like Soul Sacrifice, Tearaway and Killzone Mercenary....
As a ps3/vita owner, my initial plan was to get ps4 a couple of years later after the launch because there'd be n...
If you haven't played it I would say yes but ps3 graphs were so amazing already and I don't see how you can make that game better. Sure it would be smoother maybe a bit more graphically advanced but ps3 version is amazing.
You have used the key word "mainstream"
Look, games like Tearaway & Puppeteer aren't/ won't be for mainstream gamers no matter how good they are...
You look at COD Ghost's user review score ( which is around 2.9 ) then you look at games like Tearaway's, which is 9.0 ! Ant yet COD sells millions no matter how bad it is and brilliant games like Tearaway can't even brake 100k...
You can make the same argument ...
I do appreciate the indie support, which is awesome.
Looking forward to next year's games but there isn't any major announcements other than borderlands 2, gravity rush, and soul sacrifice. Ok maybe freedom fighters too...
A new IP maybe ?
Or I'd love to see another Uncharted because the Golden Abbys what made me buy my Vita.
( Technically I will enjoy playing uncharted on my vita when it comes to ps4. Yay for...
Think about this way : there is no quality game coming to either next-gen consoles for at least 2 months. ( I guess DriveClub coming in February )
So it's not a bad idea to release a great game in next gen with better graphs.
It won't sell millions but it will sell enough to make profit. I have enjoyed Tomb Raider on my ps3 and I thought graphs were great for current gen, next gen will look even better.
Agree with the pricing, it sho...
After the poor sales & and low critic scores, I highly doubt we will see a sequel to the game any time soon. The budget was supposedly $27 million and I don't think they broke even...
They already mentioned at e3 that they were working on a ps4 project...
Not to mention they had issues with Ellen Page and I'd say no more beyond 2 souls...It's over :(
After playing the Rayman Legends on my Vita, I don't know if I run with anything else :)
I will make an experiment with trolling.
Neither x-box nor ps numbers are impressive enough when compared to iPhone sales...
And there is no point to defending sales for either side considering the fact that " you are just consumers, shareholders are the ones who should be enjoying high sales numbers "
He needed attention and he got some.
I guess the mission is accomplished
WOW 2K. I thought you were on the gamers' side
The idea of " releasing GT6 as a PS4 launch game " wasn't even a thought since DriveClub was supposed to be the poster child along side Knack and Killzone.
GT6 producers were thinking " there are 80 millions ps3s in the wild vs PS4 launch people...Hmmm. Which way should we go ?
The answer should be obvious. ( They already said the the game would come to next gen in a couple of years anyway since porting the game seems a lot easier. )
It's scary to see that this is the beginning of next gen...In 3-4 years, I don't know how realistic a video game can get....#excited
GTA V is a great open-world game. From graphs to gameplay it's a masterpiece.
Then I ask myself " How many games can make you feel the way The Last of Us " do ? Not many at all.
I see games as an expression of imagination and creativity. A form of art if you will.
Don't get me wrong, GTA V is awesome but it's not as if it re-defined the open-world gaming by any means. ( Okay, maybe a little :) )
With s...
The app market is saturated. People aren't willing to pay for games like they used to. ( In-app purchases are huge bs in my opinion. ) Any app ( even the premium apps ) become free after certain amount of time.
Any game developer knows that developing games for iOS or Android is like buying a lottery ticket. There are hundreds of thousands of apps and getting recognition is almost impossible unless you are willing to pay big time bucks for platforms to advertise you. ...
can't play against Kobe though :(
