I am 100% certain that there will be no sales difference between XBOX1 and PS4.
I have repeatedly mentioned that the average consumer/gamer do not know the difference and won't care.
Xbox One can certainly handle 1080p/ 60fps but developers are on strict deadlines so it's safe to assume that they just do not have enough time to optimize the game on X-Box one.
If this continues, and I bet it won't Xbox sales might take a small hit...

Consumers/Gamers who follow sites like this do not make up even a very small portion of the target consumer market. Yeah, we will read stuff like this and probably be affected when it comes to buying a game but again we are like a single drop in ocean.
I am not saying hard-core/knowledgeable gamers/consumers can't make an affect in sales but the affect will be pretty small when compared with the rest of the consumers/gamers.

I'd be surprised if UC 4 were released this year. I'd say 2015 is more likely... TLOU for PS4, I'd say no. There is no reason to.
Vita will live in Japan for years to come and Japanese games will continue to support the platform but for other regions, I think Vita is sort of dead already based on sale numbers.

Obviously not every developing team has access the resources that big-spending teams have but top publishing studios should really push for innovation even more. Rather than releasing games on a set agenda with strict deadlines, take your time and polish the game as much as you can and give us the products that we can happily spend $60...

I am sure most Vita owners like me are sick of this kind of threads/articles/opinions.
It doesn't matter whether there is something wrong or not. It has sold 7 million world-wide in two years and will continue to sell.
There is no point defending/criticizing Sony, 3rd party support, or pricing of memory card. Just play the goddamn games and enjoy, let others worry about the console ( most of whom don't even have a Vita )

Can't argue with tastes. Great part of gaming is that each individual experiences it differently.
The story & character was good on Vita. There were problems with some mechanics, graphs, and some repetitive missions but as I said it's not a horrible game, it's a good one for Vita.
It's sold around 600k if I am correct and I'd definitely expect Ubisoft to release another one in near future.

If sales were good enough the support would be there. PS Vita is having the exact same problems with 3rd parties. Heck, they don't even get 1st party support lol
The game was ok on Vita with so many bugs/ glitches. It was still playable. It's a wrong move to release the game on consoles without fixing the issues but I doubt they spent tons of resources on it.
Nintendo needs to lower the price of Wii-U even more to reach the mass audience. At $250 a ps3 ( can find one at even lower price ) a better alternative with its great library.
Making the console cheaper might hurt them in the short therm but there will ll be opportunities to make a great amount of profit by making 1st party games and cover up the loss from the hardware.
With X-Box One and PS4 getting so much buzz, Wii-U is already the forgotten child in the ...
I am a Vita owner. I Love it. Spent a lot of money on it.
From a business perspective, it's been a failure. It's the reason there won't be any meaningful 3rd party studio support any time soon or ever.
If you expect AAA games on-the-go like me, say goodbye to those dreams. Sony itself not investing in Vita when it comes AAA Vita games, which proves ( no matter what anybody says ) Sony's diminished commitment to Vita.

It's kind of amazing to see how PS4 is transforming Sony's comeback as one of the leading consumer electronics devices companies, especially in NA.
Obviously Sony makes/sells tons of devices but PS4 has really created a tremendous amount of buzz that's helping Sony re-create its reliable & innovative image in consumer's eyes.

As a Vita & PS4 owner, I can say that the remoteplay feature isn't great yet ! It's reasonable. I think that's the reason Sony is not pushing remote-play as a stellar feature yet. I am hoping they can upgrade the quality of the service in the coming years.
The overall quality is okay at least for now. For some reason there is so much lag in some games such as 2k14 and very little in Battlefield 4 or Lego Marvel.
