Your way of thinking is stuck in the mid 2000s, you and many others don’t realize that unless you literally live out on the middle of a desert or something, the average person is AT LEAST going to have 35 mbps or higher in their home.

Hey man! I know you are getting flamed big time on here for supporting Stadia, but you aren’t alone. I have the Founder’s Edition pre ordered and I am pumped for the potential Stadia offers.
In the next year or two when 5G is the standard and we are all simply pulling out our phones and playing legit AAA games literally anywhere, it’s going to be amazing!

The problem with Nintendo is they don’t innovate, yes you heard me say that, they DONT innovate, it’s just the illusion of innovation through gimmicks.
Name the last original IP they had that didn’t have MARIO, Zelda or Donkey Kong that was a legit AAA game.
Sony on the other hand have a huge, HUGE scope of exclusive games across so many genres and they take risks.
Nintendo NEVER takes risks and cater to the same demographic every gen ...
I know I will get downvoted like crazy seeing as how hating Stadia seems to be the cool thing to do these days, but I am 100% of the belief cloud gaming is the future.
I have been using PS4 remote play for the last few months and let me tell you now that there isn’t anything more rewarding than sitting at a Starbucks and pulling out my iPhone or iPad and playing like MK11 and COD online.
And that is why Stadia has me so excited and can’t wait!
Because their Nintendo fans, Nintendo could literally release ‘Mario’s watching paint dry simulator‘ and all the Nintendo fanboys and critics would buy it day 1 and it would have a 98 metacritic score.

The only people that are so against Stadia are just collectors who never play games, they just buy physica games to collect them. Personally I hope the future of gaming includes the death of hardware/consoles all together and it’s 100% service based like Stadia
Yea, tell me about it! I mean who on earth would want to be able to play legit AAA games on literally any device with no downgrade in graphics/performance whatsoever and never having to worry about pesky game downloads/installs and storage space ever again!!

I havent bought a physical copy of a game since Uncharted 2, so i couldnt care less about "owning" my games aslong as i can play them literally on any device anywhere with a good connection.
And BTW, buying digital games from PS or Xbox store isnt true ownership either, its just the illusion of ownership

For those that are dismissing cloud gaming, don’t, it’s the future. I’ve been using PS4 remote play on my iPad/iPhone and let me tell you, it’s a game changer.
Aslong as you have a good enough internet speed, lag is no issue whatsoever.
This is a video I made of playing MK11, an online match on my ipad using PS4 remote play. I’m at work here with about 50 mbps speed and my PS4 is about 20 miles away. My character is Erron Black btw
And the irony in all of this is his best games have been the linear MGS games (1-4) and his absolute worst game was the Phantom Pain.. Go figure.
The Phantom Pain is the absolute prime example of when a developer cares more about marking a big game as opposed to a GOOD game.
