Still on my first 80 gb. And I dropped it unpacking it. the top of the clamshell busted off but it still works like a charm. Incredible if you ask me. Not too many electronics you can throw on the ground (accidently) and still have it work perfect.

Keep in mind this isn't a sony product. There will be a ton of companies trying to cash in on move by producing useless crap add ons for it. I highly doubt Sony would produce something this lame.
the lighting and shadows are impressive. Damn I wasn't expecting such a huge improvement over gears 2. Not liking the pink lancers and the character with corn rows and a football outfit? WTF! I guess its always been a bit campy on purpose. Love this franchise, "MY" favorite game series of all time.
I bought a 360 for all the games but I have to admit 90% of my game time went to gears 1 and 2. As flawed as some feel the MP is I just can't get enough of it. Definitely pick up a basic 360 package new/used whatever and play then when you are done sell it or use it as a coaster. lol
you are not taking not account many ps3s are in the wild being used soley as blue ray players especially the ones given away free with sony tv's and that is why game sales are weak at best on the ps3. The only games that sell really well are multiplats too which means the holy grail of exclusives means diddly. Sony fanboys love their consoles but apparently don't care much about games.

This can't be all the sales for Europe. It must only be for those two sources and they are drawing a conclusion from that which is legitimate indicator +/-. I would think the actual numbers would be higher with the percentage gaps being about right.
