Man its funny to watch xbox and ps3 fans....you know this is a sony site when everyhting an xbox fan says gets 20 disagrees while sony fans get 20 agrees.

On topic:Ps3 from sales so far will sell more this year if they keep up the sales they are getting up till now,but the holiday season is coming up and so are some big titles......it will be interesting to see what happens.
Il agree with Caddad,the term "hardcore" has turned into something its not."hardcore" to all N4G posters are mature themed...this includes sexual themes,blood,curse words.etc.For some reason hardcore has turned into the rating R.People who say "im hardcore" really want to play an R rated movie,which is why you see so many "hardcore" games being shooters(GoW,Resistance,Halo,e tc.) and action games(MGS,RE,GTA).Which is why you never hear the term hardcore...
So change the controller(where its more traditional?),redesign the console(why?).Lose the wii campaign.Start getting Bioshock or FF franshices over to wii.Give more variety on virtual console(which nintendo has the best old school games library)with games like texas hold'em?(does this guy know what wiiware is?,which has a texas hold 'em game)
how bout we add hd graphics,and turn it into a ps3 or xbox.

@MPrime,there was an interview with EA Tiburon(the maker of tiger woods) who said that the gyroscope tech. in the M+ is the same tech that is in helicopters.

I own a wii and i consider myself a "hardcore" gamer,but thats because i view hardcore differently then people who own ps3's or xbox's.
I like the wii because honestly for me what people view as hardcore has been oversaturated.The ps3 and xbox are basically a wannabe pc which they can never match.People on here say about how they will "go play MGS4" after they end their dislike for the wii,and thats perfectly fine with...

actually in an interview i think it was ign who asked the same question about the aliens coming to earth and the creaters said somehting about how there is a big twist in the middle of the story.
ps2 didnt have an explosion....it just never slowed down.
if true its amazing to see the wii almost doubling the ps2 at the same time.
I bet we will see more bluray players being sold and less ps3's sold here in another year or 2.
MS is just to late to hop on the motion bandwagon.If it came with the system yes it might have worked.......but 2+ years after release to make a motion control ADD on.........not many fans will buy it.

Companies need to understand that to sell well on the wii you need to design from the ground up.
Although i like the orange gun in the game how you can shoot it then pull the blast down into the ground with the controller....creative idea for a gun.imo.
since every fanboy on here think graphics are what games are made out of these days.....why not just buy a gaming pc?
Look at the new re5 yea looks great plays like last gen....no body cares.why? are fanboys that into graphics that they like last gen gameplay???makes you wonder if people really do care about gameplay or eye candy.

Nintendo won in sales due to it hitting a crowd sony didnt know existed because at the time the crowd wasnt made yet.
