Thief 2 is still leagues better than nearly any of game of the past decade.
We've seen it before in Split Second and while it's cool the first to third time through, it just becomes predictable after that. The original Motorstorm's tracks remain some of the most intricate in the racing genre with multiple terrain types/according vehicles - complexity always trumps flashiness.
