Are we comparing 4k games on pc to 7th and 8th gen consoles? Lol at both sides.
This game looks awesome, hope it helps push the industry as I feel like there are many racers releasing soon.
I think the idea behind this article is different. They are just saying, "more squares on the screen means more to do." But getting the same caliber last gen would be insanely simple.

The above games mentioned aren't inherently bad (Forza 5 and gt6). Microtransactions aside, they play like racers should. Aka, hard to mess up a racer.
I just wish people wouldn't give studios Crap for delaying a game. That's what leads to games being broken; gamers reaction to delays combined with publishers zero tolerance for delays = bf4.

Bots are designed as filler, not to emulate human players. Bots are just ai... THEY ARE ONE IN THE SAME.
Edit: oh, and the stupid ai in lol and dota are cannon fodder, but this is an fps game. I'm not saying it can't be ...

Look, I agree that I want to try this game still, but past experiences lead me to be skeptical. The player count news really took me by surprise.

This type of hate always perplexed me because ms always had you pay to use live and this is the first time Sony has made you pay. In August 13, Sony made 140$ mill off of ps+ and ms made 5.6$ BILLION off of live.
It's unfathomable to throw comments like this around, it's also annoying when someone points out the pay wall. I wonder why there's a pay wall, 360 lover? Because competition dictated...

If you took one second to stop being a ms troll you'd see that some of us were surprised and confused by the news. The trailers we'd seen so far were suggesting a higher player count.
Some are more mouthy than others, but it was surprising, that's all.
PS4 has "activate this as primary ps4."
So, if you activate your ps4 as your friend's account, and he/she activates his/her's ps4 as your account, then you can share all downloaded games.
I understood the two consoles to be the same in that regards.

I'd be interested in hearing an article that split it by the different markets more than these global speculation guesses. You want to see demand, Pit the x1 against the ps4 in each market separately.

Some of you sound like you are saying you should be able to stream Netflix for free if you own the digital movie already.
You pay to use their data centers to stream to your device as a service (which apparently you think it's cheap), if you don't like that, purchase the old system and disc, then hook it up to your tv and play.
