Krib, that's not really how it works.
As someone who worked at a Gamestopstop for 2 years, those stacks go bye bye more than you think. Besides, they've already sold those from wholesale to retail.
Interesting... well, the free games usually release on the first Tuesday, so this better not be disappointing...
A well done QTE game isn't a bad game just like a well done FPS game isn't a bad game just like a well done RPG isn't a bad game... so on so forth.
See, the rhetoric that you're ignorantly spewing is called, "Bias." Bias should hardly exist in journalism; it's there to help consumers pick a game they like.
The Order did not deserve a 4-6, but did not deserve a 9 or 10 either.
Yes, if QTE's aren't your thi...
Thekhurg, I don't see how unity getting a 4, especially as a broken game, proves that there is a metric on this site.
This review gave the graphics an eye popping score, just reread his paragraph. So even if this terrible reviewer gave a 9 or 10 on graphics, how could he get an average of 4? Gameplay and story would have to be... 2 each to get 4.333/10 (and that's with graphics as a 9).
That's right, he'd have to give the gameplay and story a COMBINED score of 4 to rate this title a 4 overall.
Here's what the reviewer said About graphics:

Even doing the math, septic, how does this game rank a 4?

@Andibandit,
did you take the time to play the game? I doubt it.
Learning to form your own opinion by your own experiences is reality and responsibility.
Taking other people's opinions and making them your own is delusional.
There are people LOVING and hating this game (just like Ryse was loved and hated, and many more games that have passed and will come).
At least you live blissfully in your ignorance. ...
Well said, malphite.
I was worried I would hate the game after the reviews I read, but I could tell that the premise was something I would enjoy. I played for a few hours last night and didn't want to put it down. I don't know why everyone wants to hate it.
Yeah, it's a little slower than some 3rd person shooters, but by no means does it warrant a 5-6.
I'll take it over a broken game any day..
So, if someone asks the dev questions, you know, like in the interview that Eurogamer said this was... and when they respond to said questions it's them reviewing their game? I don't know how you jumped there.
You never stop leaving me bewildered in your interpretations, nick. Especially since they're just 100% out of context, which means they sure as hell aren't right.
Death, YOU are seeing what YOU want to see.

You said, "Sony is focusing on working with their least profitable divisions to increase profitability by 2017."

Jmaine, lagged behind, huh? Here's where they lag behind:

So, if you happen to remember shows like breaking bad and shark tank that might highly disagree with you.
Not to mention old shows that will still bring in lots of money like sienfeld, walker, married with children, the list goes on.
I'm just saying, yo...
It's not odd. There's been a lot of Sony hate this generation, especially in u.s.
Heaven forbid the COD generation plays something outside the confines of being comfortably similar to the another game.
I thought the indie movement brought people newer types of gameplay experiences, but it seems that AAA suffers from stagnation driven from consumer actions
Independent thinkers can figure out this system easily.
Sheeple need quantifiable reviews to be led.
Yeah, now we can all pander to the lack of originality in game play as we tread ever more closely to cookie cutter annualised re-hashes of the same game (cod).
Free pass... pfft, Some people like diverse and new experiences. Some of us like games which are cinematic heavy every once and awhile.
The biggest problem with quantitative reviews is that they don't help lead the consumer anywhere. A consumer can over-look a game that might be on their niche list simple because the reviewer gives it a number instead of trying to figure out the type of player this game is suited for.
mold, that went over your head.
And, spinal, sometimes those type of games are a niche play and thoroughly enjoyable. Since everyone keeps comparing it to Ryse; look at the people who LOVED that game...
I'm going to have to check this game out because I can't, in good conscious, believe it earns a 5-6 scale... that's why reviewers need to grade without a quantitative scale, but with a "this type of person might like it" Attitude.

Dark, when I was working as a third key manager for GameStop we received call off duty ghosts for ps4 a few weeks before the new systems even launched...
I agree in a launch day simply so little turds don't ruin games by spoilers...
After reading both the order review comments and then this article comments... I miss the actual trolls as opposed to the fanboys on each side bickering like sissies...
OMG, HOW DARE YOU VOTE DISAGREE!? Lol...
"Psn4g this" and "xbots that." Always by people who are involved in only their own side of the "argument" that never even read about the other. The fee that ruin it for everyone else...
Yeah, playing a game vs watching someone play it... it's the same amirite? /s
And why was he the first to comment on his own submitted story?
And why are there more comments even below...
I'm beginning to wonder how this passed :(
