They just moved a few prominent people to that studio. I remember an article talking to the game director within the last year (when... If I remember correctly, don't quote me exact studios, but it is similar in nature- when, I think, it was Sony Santa Monica's head moved over to Japan to help them organize) - but anyway - the game director said they basically got stuck the creative process and lolled about, very stagnant without a concise direction.

Starchild, I agree and disagree with 90% or more of the posts I read. Also, I've disagreed and bubbled people up much like agreeing and bubbled down. They are two tools.
I believe, whether I'm optimistic or not on said subject, that many people use the two systems more objectively than fanboys like to think.

What don't you people get about graphics. Hardware is like a slice of pie, and each little graphic put into the game takes a piece of the pie of the whole.
Gta is very well optimized for the scale on those systems, and "graphics" are an all encompassing argument.
